It would be really cool if ServiceNow could combine the new E-Mail Client configurations with Response Templates in the future. With response templates you can define multiple templates for a single table based on field conditions... With E-Mail Client Configuration you can still only define one Template... But you may want to have different template based on the state of a task...
Okay there was a comment about the sound quality already but just to post another one to emphasize this. Please check on this for future, phone line shouldn’t be used this day and age.
I wish for once, you would check your slides look right and you know what you are talking about on the slides. Most of these videos are unwatchable as there are constant mistakes or slides aren't formatted right. Maybe a couple of rehearsal runs might be a good idea!

I agree. Unfortunately we are constrained by our conferencing service. We recognize this has been an issue and are looking to improve it.
Am I the only one who still loves Workflow compare to Flow Designer? I think ServiceNow Workflow is one of the best available!
It has it's use cases and it also has limitations. Workflow is not going away so continue to use it where it makes sense.
