Aaron's reviews are new quality on fragrance youtube. The knowledge he has about technicalities behind ingredients, mocelcules, compostion is just fantastic. With comparison to all other perfume youtubers, with their "top 10 most complimented fragrances" using the same fragrance descriptions all the time, creating the same content all the time what Aaaron does is absolutaly briliant.
Finally! As an absolute fan of the EdP, I hoped so much that you would also test the Extrait. A sweet oasis in the middle of the desert. Thank you for your review. Greetings from Germany :-)
I love your enthusiastic reviews! Your body language is one of the most peculiar and expressive I've ever seen. Congratulations! One of the most promising sources of "vegetable musk" or "botanical musk" comes from the seeds of a plant called abelmosk, or ambrett: Abelmoschus moschatus.
I just finished my Oud Extrait De Parfum bottle that I bought last year in January. This time around I just purchased the Eau De Parfum in the travel sizes. I love the woody appeal of it
I picked this up as a sample when I ordered BR540 from Paris, and had I known how good it was, I would have opted for this instead. Happy to hear that you enjoy it as much as I do. Cheers!
So glad you reviewed this one (and you like it). It is amazing but goodness me, the price. £4.28 a millilitre. I use this very sparingly. That's okay because its opulence doesn't suit most everyday occasions.
What I’ve noticed is after listening to your in depth reviews I can’t listen to anyone else and that’s very interesting about your take. Like the honesty about pricing and your choices wether you’ll wear it or no. Amazing stuff. Stay Happy. P.S please review new Amouage Reflection 45.
My favorite of the MFK Oud series with Oud Satin Mood Extrait. To me this is simply one of the best oud based scent in the game hands down and believe me I tried many of them.
You are a phenomenal reviewer because of your knowledge, I prefer the Oud EDP ad well as my wife from Thailand. It smells so good and crisp, it is ore versatile than the Extrait and it is a lot cheaper. Just our opinion - but I also prefer the Baccarat EDP over the Extrait, just in terms of price and versatility plus the EDP got that magic, even if copied, it is very good.
I always worry when you review anything with Oud or with name Oud in the title as I know how much using real Oud means to you. Great review as always 👍🦄❤️
Kalemat from Arabian Oud is one of my all time favourite fragrances. That honey note sits just so perfectly in the composition, and knits it together fantastically. 10/10 for me.
@@mohda.9420 ; Performance? One word: epic! Obviously we all have different skin types and therefore perfumes sit differently on all of us, but Kalemat is superb on my skin and has excellent longevity and projection. It's a beautiful scent and if you like oriental fragrances, this is a must-try. If you can find a counter that sells it, then it's very much worth sampling on skin and having a walk around for several hours to see how you like it.
I was wondering if you ever think about re-releasing filth? I bought a bottle of it back when you were still using the clear bottles with the handmade labeling ...so quite some time ago. I always liked it by itself or to use like carbon for layering so was just wondering if you were ever going to bring it back. I mean I don't even know how well received that one was by the community, but I at least appreciated the artistry behind it.
Nice review once again Aaron Terence hughes 👏 😃. And I just wanted to know if you could make a Cologne with Oakwood and your favorite Sandalwood? I love Cologne that use real Oak in their Cologne and would buy it right off. I live in the U.S.A I have a few of your Colognes and just wanted one with one of my favorite wood notes blended with your favorite Sandalwood and Organic Bergamot and with whatever you want to add to make it fit your take on Oakwood Cologne if that's OK with you.
£325 is over for 70ml if it's a fantastic fragrance which it is then you will undoubtedly reach for it when you go out, so value Vs how long the bottle will last is the downside here I agree £250 seems right
Help! Can anyone recommend a webshop where I can buy aroma chemicals and naturals? Aaron inspired me to start composing for meself, but I can't find a good source for a wide range of smaller sized ingredients, especially as I live in a relatively small europian country. All help is apprechiated.
I have been eyeing the Byredo Night Veils collection for a while. Would you pls do a review on Casablanca Lily? I heard it’s the best from the collection.
Very strong perfume, great quality but probably too heavy for me, I am wearing it right now, my whole 140m2 flat is smelling from the perfume. I prefer the regular EDP more, more enjoyable and Satin Mood smells very good on my wife.
I got a great deal on the Extrait last week. I also own Oud EDP. The Extrait is really better to my nose. Stringer, sweeter. The EDP is so incredibly dry. The Extrait has a bit more character. Both are superb.
