I always love to see interviews/documentaries/etc of elite athletes doing really unexpected things after they've retired from the sport they're famous for, it's just fascinating to see people go in completely different directions at various points in their life but for whatever reason i find athletes doing that to be extra interesting

We are witnessing an ancient Spiritual battle surfacing into our physical reality, a battle that most people don't perceive. I've noticed that more people are searching for the truth now and are finding themselves on a spiritual journey to find the truth. I don't think it is by coincidence.
I've started to train again after a 4 year break, having my shoulder dislocated and my bicep tendon torn in the shoulder during a training course with the police for my work. Started to train when I was 12 years old, being 47 today and growing up with all the magazines of the time, you were a great inspiration then when I was young, and once again now when returning from my injury.
