Watch her in slow motion. Basically you do a 180 then switch all your weight to the front foot (now in the back after the 180) you can then let the fins pull you back around and you switch your weight again as you come around.

Definitely get a helmet with ear pads once your ear recovers. they are very easy to re-injure once ruptured.
