hey Austin you've been my skim boarding inspiration since I was 8, Im only just getting into wakesurfing, but does the average Victoria, fiberglass skim board work as a wakesurf?

love MCall... welcome to idaho bro! I'm new to wakesurfing this year and have been playing with speed and ballast all summer on my boat. I'm able to ride up and down the wave, but staying in the pocket and keeping speed is difficult. Not sure if it's my board or i'm going to slow, typically ride around 10.8-11. Thanks man,.
Question do u mind sharing your surf settings I have the same boat but trying to ride the same wave nd get as good as you
