Hey mate, how were you able to save a deposit and get a bank to lend to you for a $250k purchase at 19 after working as a casual at Hugo Boss for a year? Asking for a friend.
@@JET13B I was working full time hours at Hugo Boss and was living at home rent free so that was a massive help. I didn't purchase until 21 and by then I was doing full time Uni and full time work hours 👍
Hey brother I just wanted to say I really admire your listening skills. The way you actively listen and bring out the best in people is amazing! Thanks for all the great content you share-it’s always so helpful! ✌️
Finally got to the end. @Ravi - let me tell you that i know who you're talking about re: tearing down other people's buildings. I used to enjoy his content, but the last 2 years, his content has just been rants about who he hates. Keep doing you, man. @Todd - Another great episode!
I built the majority of my portfolio before I started the buyers agency. I worked full time while doing full time uni and saved 80%+ of my income. The BA just like any other business was difficult to start and run for the first 18 months. I used to also do nightclub promotions on Friday and Saturday nights and was running an entertainment/wedding company before Covid. Thanks for watching :)
Thanks for having me on bro! Enjoyed the chat and hope peeps get some value out of it 🙏

What they don’t say is the source of income to borrow that huge amount of money. This dude scam people with his bad buyers agent business.
