Would you play Heung-Min-Son on the LW or as a ST.
Definitely on the LW. As Son himself said, Spurs needs a proper elite striker! Son is more lethal and creativewith scoring goals and creating goal opportunities from the LW. He is the best winger we have. Werner, Kulu, and Johnson are not good enough to challenge titles. Kulu plays better in the center. Spurs needs an elite defensive midfielder too.
Son needs another player like Harry Kane to play both passing and scoring goals together.

With this attacking options, it is better to not plah in the ucl, theu are losing the ball so much and not hood enough, werner is good but not as a starter , and son is very bad as a striker as you said, richarlison is better option but he also not good enough. There is only one solution to not get beaten badly in the upcoming games by changing the tactics and by not playing the high line, it is better to play the normal 4-3-3 because against the teams who are good in counter attacks they love the space our defence leaves behind, one pass= goal. The attack should be upgraded asap with quality known players , levy should start the negotiation with players like kvara, williams, and those players who proved thereselves. Werner, johnson, and kulu are not showing the levels we expected from them and son is losing his way, know he is only great in shooting, his dribbling and passing and ball pocession attributes are not good any more. It was a good season with a new style of play, some games were beatiful and others were awful , some new attacking players would solve the problem , i hope so.. in addition a player who I lost my faith in him is bissouma, he is sooo poor and looks nothing likr he was in brighton, hojbjerg is a better option side to side with bentancur in the upcoming games, thay only a pov.
