Thanks, I believe all these exercises will help. I often additionally also try to make my butt muscles sort of "wake up" and this is what my doc told me to do: I stand behind a chair, fold it firmly with one hand, slowly bend down keeping my back straight, and keep bending until my butt touches the back of my ankles and then slowly straighten up. It may sound easy, but it is not. I ought to learn to do it so well that my hands would just be free and hanging next to my hips. Sometimes I swindle a bit and just use my hands to pull my body up. Nevertheless, I am learning to do it without my hands and hope it will help me walk straight (when without a cane or roller) one day.
stability great exercises which i need, can i do them every day? my hips r so stiff. i have one leg that is shorter than the other would that make my hips tight?
Yes. Structural imbalance will lead to stiffness. It is our body’s way of protecting certain positions but can also compromise others. Staying mobile and moving in all planes is very nevessary

Ut can be a oblique hip problem. I have been in a place were they work with the Fascia
