Hi. I watched the video and based on my understanding, if you one ticket throughout your journey, you can go to transfer right away. Best to check during check in if your baggage can be picked up at the final destination. However, if you have separate tickets, you need to get bags and go through immigration, and then check in again. I believe Qatar is one of the most welcoming countries offering visas on arrival, you may want to check on your eligibility depending on your passport’s nationality

We have USA passports, do you know if we go thru immigration to leave the airport or just security check point? At what point do we get the TRANSIT VISA? We do not plan to visit The Corniche, Souqs until our return trip and will take Uber taxi to the hotel and then just rest in the hotel until our next day 800am flight.
