+bassl0va Except that each piece has a specific angle that that anchor thingy is hanging down at. The ones in the middle go almost straight down while the edge ones are angled. It'll be like solving the worlds most precise puzzle to put it all back.

You always impress me with your designs Oskar, and this one is clearly your best. My only complaint is the fact that it costs a total of $2,644.40. But that's just a testament to its sheer complexity and awe.

I keep going back to this. It's amazing how far cube tech has come. I remember wanting big cubes so much as a kid and back then having even a mass produced 9x9 or 8x8 was unheard of, and now I casually have the 8x8 and 9x9 sitting on my desk. Amazing.

Easily my favorite of all your videos. I remember when I first got a Rubik's cube as a kid -- I didn't want to solve it half as much as I wanted to take it apart and find out how it worked! I think that's the difference between a mathematician and a physicist. The mathematician tries to solve the puzzle, and the physicist picks up a screwdriver. :-)

Actually the middle pieces are printed in a colored material, probably plastic, while the edges are printed black and need to be stickerd. This is because printing multi color pieces is more difficult and would cost more.

lordsofrock2 i believe the original design of the puzzle was just the colored centers. someone besides this guy thought about coloring the edges as well.

Thank you for your message. Note that the parts are 3D-printed. But otherwise, you are correct. By the way, I have made an explaining video (see "Half Turn Tetra, the making of"). However, this won't get people off my back. After all, what is easier, making an uninformed comment or search for a video with the answer :-).

Perhaps a ratcheting screwdriver would help you with your screwing.
I stumbled upon your channel by chance and I'm completely amazed at the puzzles you have created. I haven't a clue how they work, let alone how I would build one!
    You sir are a genius.
