We have newer Vertiv DSEs and the same webpage to login, but the Liebert/Liebert password doesnt work. Sound like its setup with a different password or are there other default passwords?
@@josh9399 It might be worth trying Administrator/administrator/admin or some variation as username. I have 4 of these cards on a site, all brand new. The first card went to the standard login page where the default credentials didn't work. The second card I'm at now took me to a first time login page where I was forced to create a username and password. This one I got working. Is it crazy to expect a manufacturer to have a consistent product?

Two more I configured today took me to a first time login page where I had to create a user and password. Those worked fine but there was never a Liberty user in the card. Had someone tell me to try Administrator/admin or some variation with the other. And maybe just try logging in with blanks. Liebert is slipping. Good Luck!
I have an Unity card connect to Liebert ITA2 UPS. I want to turn on/off UPS through Modbus RTU, but everytime i do that, it take about 8-10 minutes before it process. i try with modbus poll software and always receive 0x05 error code (The error is sent by the slave device to indicate that it has received the request but needs additional time to process it). If you have any idea about this problem, pls tell me. Thank you!

I'm having the same issue. I get to the web interface with default IP but Liebert/Liebert doesn't work. Did you figure it out?
@chuckles3265 no not yet, Vertiv said it could be Vertiv/Vertiv even. Havent tried yet.

question , unity card wont show Liebert CW tab. only com tab shows. what can we do?
