My family has a 2011 Buick Enclave CXL 1 AWD. We got it fully loaded with leather, navigation, Bose sound system, and much more. It is a very comfortable car and is well equipped.
I just bought this car today and it drives great. Whoever had it took great care of it. But no owners manual so I have to watch videos thank you for this
i never comment on your vids but you just help me make up my mind on this car , i cant wait to get one, i felt that i was with you in the suv , good job!!!
HaitianMuslimah This model year was before GM decided to refresh the design of this car in 2013, as well as it’s other variants that are the same SUV, which are the GMC Acadia and the Chevrolet Traverse. And all 3 of these vehicles did NOT come with the navigation system until the 2013 model year, as well. Saturn also made their own variant of this car, back when they used to make cars, and it was called the Saturn Outlook. Nice cars to drive, however I’m not a big fan of the radio and navigation system. I used to own a 2015 Buick Encore, which is the smaller Buick sibling to the Enclave and it had the same GPS system as the Enclave from 2013-17. The navigation system on the radio would sometimes think that I’m just sitting in a place where I started driving away from, and the radio would always go back to FM radio every time I turned the ignition off, after listening to Bluetooth.
We have a Traverse (same car, just Chevy version) that my mom drives when she goes out. The other cars we have are a Silverado and an Accord V6. The Accord is popular among car enthusiasts as it drives really nice, and I love the Accord. The thing about there’s SUV’s is they are actually really good (we have owned Honda’s, Chrysler’s, Ford’s and Toyota’s) and can say the Chevy’s we have had have been rock solid. This SUV has light steering but it’s very predictable and it doesn’t wander. The brakes are a bit soft but they are pretty good. The car handles really well for an SUV of its size. Acceleration on the car is adequate. 0-60 in about 7.5-8 seconds (The truck will do 6.5, the Accord will do 6.2). The car excels in family friendliness. It’s very roomy (best cargoroom in its class, only a few less than a Suburban and more than a Tahoe) and is very safe. The car has been reliable. We had a 2014 with 42,000 before the lease was up and now a 2017 with 17,000. Neither have had any issues. I’m not really a GM fanboy (I go GM or Ford for trucks, Subaru/Honda for sedans, and SUV’s depend). I was very against the Traverse before we got it and was livid they got it but I’m impressed with how solid it is. Just my take on it...
Just bought one 6 months ago with 165k. One elderly owner and had all the records for it. If anyone else looks into one, do your research and get an inspection. The transmissions, AWD system and the timing chains are a WEAK point. If it hasn’t been religiously maintained, run away. If it has, it will be a fantastic vehicle.
I don't know about this but i've gotten many many tickets on the florida highways speeding in the Chevy Traverse which it the Enclaves sister truck.... I'm assuming they are very alike and on the traverse the handling is very loose but NOT SLOPPY at all! Has a very great pick up too, Its faster than the chevy Impala for sure!
I wish Buick still offered a normal tan shade for the interior or a nice light neutral shade like the Shale they used to have. The new Chocochino is just awful IMO
@koioo2 why not? Opel is a wholly owned GM subsidiary, if the Insignia is a good car, and by all accounts it is, it only makes sense to use it as much as they can.
They are very nice. I've rode in one and I was really impressed. We have a 2017 GMC Acadia SLT-2. We bought it at WAY BROTHERS Chevrolet Buick GMC in Perry, GA. It's very nice. I wish we could've bought the top of the line model which is the DENALI. The DENALI is too expensive, though. We had a 2016 Chevrolet Impala LTZ that we bought brand-new back in that year but we decided to sell it to my aunt in the beginning of 2019 because her Buick Lucerne was having some issues.
To be honest, I prefer the redesigned 2013-16 GMC Acadia and the 2007-10 Saturn Outlook more. But the redesigned 2013-17 Buick Enclave comes 2nd place for me. The Chevy Traverse is OK, in my opinion.
Well... It really depends on the brand of GM product, as they are all built differently in different parts of the continent by very different people. Personally, I feel that GMC and Buick are the best grade as far as reliability. Then it's followed by Cadillac, and Chevrolet comes last. This is coming from a hardcore Ford guy. i would also like to say that I would own a Buick.
I'm considering four crossovers to replace my 2007 Kia Sportage LX, Kia Sorento EX or SX with a V6, Nissan Murano LE V6, Lexus RX V6, or a Buick Enclave CXL V6. I wan't more space and lots of luxury for under 42K, I will consider slightly used as well.
@She11y We live in Canada, its more expensive here, plus taxes and I'm very sure that he had extra rust coatings, extended warranty's.. that kinda stuff. He also got every option that you could get in 2011.
@She11y I live in Canada, its more expensive, he bought the CXL with every option except running boards, and the window sticker came to about 68,000$ with taxes.
imserious2187 Heard from US News Report got cars that is was “above average”, but I would like to know from a first person source owner who has actual experience.
@cAdillac718bx lol there's nothing wrong with mashing the pedal just a little bit......some engines don't have as much torque in the low RPM's and need to be stepped on a little to get them up to speed.
@paintedbird isgnia is a great looking car. 83 or 1988 le mans pontiac was opel kadett.chevy chevette we had in 1982 columbus ohio was based on a opel.i as a opel owner am proud still be part of general motors. i stil believe or mi opnion new regal should be design by a american chevy spark nubria captiva is dawoo with other badge on.i rather drive a 13 years old opel corsa than dawoo with a chevy badge.thats mi opnion.i love the la cross
@koioo2 well GM owns Opel so why not import some of their over seas designs to the US? I've heard nothing but good things about the Opel car so why shouldn't GM take a good quality car and present it to other countries? And since we (the US) don't have Opel they're useing one of their other brands to carry the car with a new name and slightly different design characteristics. Besides all of the car companies copy off each other in some way. Thats nothing new. Still a great looking car.
@devon8802 Kyle isn't paid by any carmakers. However, his reviews are made for the common man so to speak, respectively. He doesn't go into what he thinks is wrong with the vehicle, or get very technical with specifications like on Motorweek per say. He gives you a review as if you were tagging along with a car salesman. Any homework on a vehicle on it's plus or minuses is up to you..he just gives you a great overall look at the vehicle inside & out..which can save you time from window shopping.
wy is the regal 2010 a opel isginia ???????????????? wy can t they design own regal wy a use a opel car ? if i had to pick between enclave or lexus or a ifinity be enclave wil you do please do a test drive with a la cross ?????

If you bought it, how's it riding/how did it ride? I'm looking at one now for the snow. Thank you🙏🏾
I have always loved the sound of GM's V6 engines
“I walk a lonely road, the only road that I have ever known”
I walk this empty street, on the Boulevard of Broken Dreams.
Hey my mom has that! I love it
looks different without the navigation system

I saw one at the 2009 Michigan State Fair. It was a really great ride. Now I just need the funds to get one...
I like the sound of the turn signal sound in this car, versus the computerized turn signal sound that GM has nowadays.

Can you do a test drive of the new chevrolet impala v6? Please
Ima buy a Acadia or a traverse as a first car. Besides the enclave is the twin to the Acadia and traverse
Literally the same car😂
Chevy Traverse, GMC Acadia, Buick Enclave, Saturn Outlook. All the same thing.
@TheKoreanX yes insignia 4 door sedan and a staionwagon
