Hi Mary, you can dim your background (artwork) in Creator V9 by clicking on the show Bitmap Artwork icon or pressing D on your keyboard icon or you can select the artwork and press delete to remove it completely. Good luck! - Hannah, Bernina UK
Along the top there’s an “insert artwork “ button. It helps to ensure you know where your artwork file is, then when you click on the “insert artwork” button, you can go right to the art file you want.
Hi Mandy, thank you for your question regarding the embroidery design used in our Easter project. I simply took at photo of the design on my mobile phone and downloaded it on to my computer, this was a jpg file. I did this from google photos, alternatively you could email it to yourself and then save it. Once in the software I clicked on "insert artwork", opened up the design and re-sized it. I then used it as a background and manually digitised the design. - Hannah, Bernina UK
Unfortunately, the mouse movement is not visible in the video footage and this somewhat reduces the clarity of the creator's progress in the program controls
Thank you and happy Easter
This was EXACTLY what I needed! Thanks for sharing!
Loved it. Was very helpful.
Enjoyed the video. It was nice that you showed the software steps. Happy Easter!
Very interesting.
Thank you for sharing it.
Very nice!
Lovely project, I have Creator 9, can I remove my background using creator 9?

Please could you explain how you got the artwork into the software. I would love to try this. Thank you. Great video.

Dos the hair touch the microphone? Unfortunately this is very annoying ...
Why do you have all that super annoying clicking and popping throughout the video? I finally had to shut the video off.
Hi there, thanks for the open feedback. Yes, there are some problems with the sound in this video. We will do better next time!
