As much as I like Lin, I have to admit that Lin's turnover cost the game for Rockets. But I believe this is a trial that God gave Lin to make him stronger. I'm sure Lin will bounce back and play much better in the next game. I still believe that Rockets can come back to win the series. It's not impossible.
3h4life If you had watched all the games Lin played, you would know how important Lin is in the team. He can make very GOOD decisions and share ball very well with his teammates. I also like Michael Jorden and Kobe. ( Not Kobe's personality......so I like Lin better than Kobe.) I also like Casspi, Garcia , Jones , Smith ( has left Rockets ) , De-Mo , Daniel and Asik. I do not like when the players made mistakes themselves and blamed other player. ( That happened on Harwarxxx.....) I also do not like those players who hurt others on purpose. ( that happened on James to Lin ---James from Heat and other players...) Did you watch last game? Rockets lost the first two games and won the third game . Did you see how Lin save the ball to win the game in the end of the game and which was a turnover from Harden.........
lin has did not play well this game but the other players go chao when he is off the court. The lose of rocket is not about only the whole team poor behaves but also good play of blazer.
Great job! Really like your game analysis in the description. Keep up the good works. All the key players on the Rox made crucial mistakes down the stretch where the game matters most. The TEAM got outplayed by the Blazers. Give the Blazers a ton of credits - they played whole-heartedly as a Team. Rox coach got out-coached! There should be more drawn plays and pick-n-rolls. There's simply too much ISO ball. McHale Failed! P. Bev is The Defensive Stopper - who did he stopped? I mean, seriously, you have to bring Lin in at the last minute of play... It doesn't matter. The Rox are bye-bye. The Blazers are rollin' on. **McHale should have told Harden to pass on the last shot to Daniels.
Blaming Lin for losing the ball or for not calling timeout in this game is irrational, shallow, hindsight, biased thinking. Lin was the ONLY Rockets on the court to have no reason to call timeout (since he had no way to know Mo Williams was trailing behind him) and on top of that, he was the ONLY Rockets to be in the worst position physically to call a timeout. From the time Lin rebounded the ball to the time he got the ball stolen, Lin was going at full speed. If Lin had tried to stop to signal a timeout, he would have been called for a travel, because he wouldn’t have been able to stop on a dime. All of the other players, including McHale had plenty of reasons (including the fact that they could plainly see Mo Williams trailing behind Lin) and were just standing around, so they could physically call timeout without any issues. But none of them did. Yet, Lin gets all the blame when in actuality, Lin deserves none of the blame. I'm not just saying this because I'm a Lin fan. I'm saying this because I'm a fan of rational, reasonable, objective thinking: Blaming Lin for Game 4 Loss to Blazers is Irrational, Shallow, Hindsight, Biased Thinking (Edited)
Although jlin obv had a factor on that last turnover the coach shouldn't of thrown him under the bus he and all of the team mates should well know that they could also call time out themselves...
Lin was really bad this game, missed most of his shots and so many turn overs. He lost the ball in overtime to Portland that why he was pull out. This game was all Parson, Harding and Howard, But Harding'a defense was so terrible. Daniels also made some clutch threes. BUT LIN NEED TO STEP HIS GAME UP.
Hey, Even if Lin gets more than 30points can you make sure this game would win??!!! Step his game up for what?! You think he is Kobe Bryant or other stars in NBA? Are all the stars in NBA get champion every year?! Come On, it is just a lose. Lin still have long way to go and i BELIEVE God will give him the best way for him! Even if a player scores 30 plus in this game but unnessecasry he will wins the game! So i think Lin is Fine! You See OKC has great players, Miami also has great players. But they all are taking a LONG ROAD to get No.1 in the NBA. DON'T BLAME ON LIN. HE IS FINE!
Of course it's not about scoring. He's a pg his role is to pass the ball to others like parson asik Howard and Harding, however, he's messing up on those passes and dribbles. Probably the pressure is getting to him and I'm not blaming everything on him but if I compare his game play from pre playoff he is just off.
Tooo many Lin fans saying he can do no wrong. This turnover was Lin's fault. He was off this game. People are acting like parents who's children can make no mistake, it's sad. Those people are just as bad as those who hate on Lin. Lin's a good point guard, not great.
Lin made the right decision to dribble away from the coming trap along the base line. Williams made a hustle play to steal the ball. Credit to Williams for making a clutch play (albeit controversial in itself as it was very close to the side line). Most Lin fans do not think he can do no wrong. They are making the observation that some people think he can do almost only wrong. They are curious on the magnifying of Lin's wrongs and the near blindness towards the lack of execution by the players. Similar to you, I think Lin is as good point guard and not yet great. He does have a lot of potential to become a very good point guard.
Dear coach McFail, look in to what an "off the ball screen" is so the offense isn't just about ISO play by your boyfriend with a beard.. And don't put someone in the game who was clearly not in the zone feeling any rhythm (Lin), because regardless who does then he will make a boneheaded mistake.
You're right about putting Lin in at odd times. However, Lin's fumble wasn't entirely his fault because all the other teammates are just "hanging around." Where's the involvement? Where's the drawn plays? etc... But give the credit to the defense.
Lin fan here. Harden was passed by multiple times at the defensive end it makes me wanna dip his beard in acid while I play smooth jazz in the background. They need to regroup, and Asik is a major fail. Lin gives him so many great passes but he can't put the ball in the hoop. I wish Tyson Chandler or Amare Staudemire were on the team. At least Amare can make a mid range jumper and make Lin's game flourish. Asik doesn't know when to give Lin a screen and when not too lmao it's more frustrating to watch than a flamingo taking a crap
It seemed like Lin was trying too hard to make the most out of the limited time and limited role he was given. As a result, he missed a lot of easy shots and made mental mistakes. Lin just needs to calm down and play basketball. Onto the next game JL7!
whos the go to guy in houston???? lin wasnt the go to guy in NY... and here he is harden wasnt the go to guy in Oklahoma... and here he is howard wasnt the go to guy in LA... and here he is they need to find the go to guy... the main guy
5:09 When Rockets is winning 2 pts with 33 seconds left, Lin had defensive rebound, and while getting double team, Lin should have called for a time out instead of trying to dribbling out. He lost the ball.
His coach and teammates saw someone is chasing him from behind try to steal the ball and did nothing. They should have call timeout instead of watching
Lin should have called. He had the ball. Everytime when he has the ball while laying on the floor surrendered by other team players , he always calls for a timeout to secure the ball. What happened this time? I think he wanted to drive coast to coast and score.
No LIN no win!! No LIN no win!!!
Just hope Lin will get more Mins on G5.
When you are so good, you forget that passing is sometimes better = Harden
When you are so under rated, you pass when you should shoot = Lin
The Rockets deserve it! They should keep Lin in the last few minutes!
Not letting LIN play at the important moment is NOT SMART at all!!!!
3h4life Who has ever said that you play basketball better than Lin except you? :)
3h4life Why do you think you play basketball better than Lin? :)
3h4life I love Lin not only because he is a very good player but also because of his good personality and being intelligent!
3h4life If you had watched all the games Lin played, you would know how important Lin is in the team. He can make very GOOD decisions and share ball very well with his teammates. Unfort Lin also had a v key mess up down the stretch.

Lin didn't have the chance to make it up. BC Lin did not even play in OT.
Although jlin obv had a factor on that last turnover the coach shouldn't of thrown him under the bus he and all of the team mates should well know that they could also call time out themselves...
3:42 was a preview of what was to come.
still have a chance to win!

Jp Hh And Lin IS ALR STEPPING UP IN THIS GAME! They are playing playoffs now. Do you think he is not trying his BEST DURING HIS GAME?!!!

Troy Daniels shouldve played more this series

Why the fuck would Beverly go to the crowd of defense?
why didnt he play in OT ?
cuz kevin McHale is a fucken idiot

Damn, the Rockets offense look like dog shit compared to the Spurs.
2:00 lin travel or not?
It seemed like Lin was trying too hard to make the most out of the limited time and limited role he was given. As a result, he missed a lot of easy shots and made mental mistakes. Lin just needs to calm down and play basketball. Onto the next game JL7!
3h4life I have no idea what Harden was telling Lin in game 3. Any audio/video link to such talk? Thanks.
3h4life ok fan boy. Harden lost the ball next possession. Needs to eat his own words.
whos the go to guy in houston????
lin wasnt the go to guy in NY... and here he is

Thanks again for the long Lin highlights. Check this out if you will:

Lin is definitely not the main reason for all 3 losses...but everyone needs to understand that he is not playing very well.
mcfail, harden, parson, n Howard r stupid. old style of playing will never win.
