I just bought a 950 today I can’t wait to get it driving it runs but won’t move when in gear but man once I fix it ima make it look something like yours I hope.
wow i'm really impressed, really like it, could you do a vid or something telling the final weight, and where the main parts came from, like the 1000cc motor if there is an original frame underneath and i was wondering where and how the gas tank is arranged and how many liters fit. rly nice project man love it

I would probably swap the full-aluminum wheels for some 17” supermoto wheels, and maybe remove the little mudguard at the rear wheel, and even another swingarm if legally possible🙈

Hi, congratulations!! The tank design is superb. I made also a mod project on my 950, but placed the main tank in a new subframe. I had one question about the header pipe. Is it tig welded? I am going to make one and as I do not have gas, I pretend to do it with mig flux
Awesome man! Yes, the exhaust is TIG welded. New full titanium exhaust is in the making.

Had to cut them and drill new holes

Headlight comes from Aliexpress, it's not just plug and play.
It’s a great headlight beats the standard unit I was looking a baja headlights maybe Santa will come this year

what type of plastics did you use ? did you changed the rear suspension becuase of the additional weight of the fuel tank ?
Plastics are from an KTM EXC 500 2022. The suspension is fully adapted to the weight right now.
Are the plans for the tank available to download?
Not at the moment

where do you have the key? and what was the hardest part of the build?
The key is still in its original place. Hardest part is the fuel tank.

@@fluomoto thank you! could you tell me exactly which one it is? (sizes). Because I am doing a lightweight 990SMR build and bought the Magura SX and my clutch doesn't fit on it, it's exactly in the bend 😅
