I have one complaint. You have a perfect half sheet size model but only on the lower end non ball screw version. 1250x1250mm is the max size I will ever need, and I would pay the pro model pricing to have it at that size instead of 1500x1500 to accomplish the same thing and take up that much more workspace in my crowded garage. Please don’t make me buy the stronghold one and mod it to hell off the bat guys, please.
You know, cutting real materials creates a lot of fine dust, right. It's one thing to look at a shiny new machine, and another to look at one working. All those nooks and crannies are dust magnets. You'd need some serious baffling to shield it all. This might make a good laser or plasma cutter, but those need ventilation.
Matches my first thoughts exactly. Loving the design but some thought for way covers would have set this up nicely for production grade and won me over to finally upgrade my 4040 based cnc. Please look into it Ratrig!!!

its a router table. its not meant to cut alu all day fast, but it can absolutely cut alu
