    हरि ओम ततसत गुरू जी।
    आज सुबह अभयास मे मुझे लगा मेरे शरीर की जगह कोई पतथर हो।
    शरीर का कोई अहसास नही था।
    सिरफ चेतना थी कि कुछ बहुत अलग सा महसुस हो रहा है।

    Guru ji,
    Is been more than a year doing this yoganindra, this is kind of my food which I take every day. Fantastic experience can't explain. One thing I don't understand some days i even don't hear sankalpa, then wake up after 45 min. Jaise guru ji aawaj kan par uhi ssmaya par gayab.

    *गुरूजी !! प्रथम आपणास मनापासून धन्यवाद !! निद्रा येण्यासाठी ही पद्धत उत्तम आहे.मी आपणास ठामपणे सांगू इच्छितो,कि निद्रा का येत नाही.कारण जोपर्यंत विचार चालु असतात,तोपर्यंत निद्रा येत नाही.ज्यावेळी आपल्या मनात विचार यायचे बंद होतात.तेव्हा आपोआप निद्रा येते. वरोल योगनिद्रा श्रेठ आणि उत्तम आहे. वरील योगनिद्रेमुळे हळू हळू मनात विचार येणे कमी होऊन नंतर ते विचार पूर्णपणे बंद होतात. आणि त्यावेळी सहजपणे निद्रा लागते. त्यामुळे वरील विडीओ ज्यानी प्रसारित केला आहे.त्यांना पुनः पुन्हा मनापासून शुभेच्छा आणि अभिनंदन !! योगा माय लाइफला लाख लाख शुभेच्छा !!~~~विश्वास मालशे (कल्याण प.)~~~*

    Since I saw this yognodra I daily follow this therapy and go in sound sleep before it finished. Thank you for this new and unique Yog Nidra.
    Just one suggestion, during different sounds your commentary breaks the flow of thoughts.

    Pranam guruji. Is yog nidra ko nirantar 1 mahina karne se mera talwo ka dard jo ki 4.5 sal purana tha..or kabhi right ya left pair me shift hota rehta tha. Main ek ghante se zada khadi nai reh pati thi.. chhoo mantar ho gya. Yog nidra k dauran mujhe achanak se apne left talwe me se ek bhot hi strong wave nikli or sara dard leke aasmaan ki taraf chali gai. Uske bad se talwe dard ki mujhe koi shikayat nai hai

    Very good commentary for Yog nidra .Concept of different sounds is very effective in concentration due to which visualisation is more easy .During this sound therapy one can practice desired meditation as per ones choice .

Yehi samaz aata hai.... Pata nhi sahi hai nhi.... Koi marg darshan nhi... Prabu ko hi guru mana hai... Anubhav kou nhi hua... Bs shanti milti hai bahut... Vapis aane ka mann nhi karta.... Saari ichaye jaise smapt ho jati hai.... Kuch nhi chahiye hota sivaye prabhu k.... Material world se dur ho gayi hu.... Jabki sansari jivan mein bahut saari cheezo ki need hai tb b.... Kuch nhi chahiye hota.... 🙏

    धन्यवाद,, जय जय श्री राधे, ये वाली योग निद्रा बहुत अच्छा है, पर हमें योग निद्रा करते वक्त, दोनों पैरों और कमर की नसें बहुत खींचती सी महसूस होती है, शरीर को स्थिर बहुत मुश्किल से रख पाती हूँ, सांसे लंबी लंबी चलने लगती है, कृपया मुझे बताएँ कि मेरे साथ ऐसा क्यों हो रहा है, फिर भी मैं इस योग निद्रा को रोज अभी कर रही हूँ

    Acharya ji apke sabhi yog nidra k videos dekhta hai or unko practice BHI karta hai but yadi ussi vidieos me disturb karne add ajae to sab mahant bekar jati hai....

      results milne par depend karta hai. lekin shuruaat me kam se kam 40 din tak ek chakra par sadhna karni chaiye. subha 1 hours aur sham ko phir 1 hour
