Hi! You can also try this without entire deletion of your files. I tried this in my oppo A5S unit. Stuck din siya sa oppo logo. What I did is I tried to power it off using Vol key up and power button for few seconds. Yun off na...I just turn it on the usual way. Nung pag on ang lag. I awaited for few minutes to just let the system load. Then nung na access ko na ang files at ang settings I deleted the unnecessary files and apps that I'm no longer using. After that my phone now works like nothing happen. I find it difficult to restore to factory reset due to my saved files and saved password on my work app I didn't have the chance to back it up early on. Anyways thank you this video really helps.
