Maybe even being tossed around but instead he went through injuries that should and would have permanently paralyzed, injured and/or outright kill him. But for plot reasons, he didn't. I think it's fair for the parents to have a heart attack seeing that.

Fun fact: Izuku doesn't teleport he act moves very fast as teleporting is not one of the ofa users quirks but fasting your speed is. Izuku was also using 100% of ofa so super speed is included! (not hate comment just fact that everyone doent get)
