- President Paul Kagame has charged commissioned officers to be characterised by discipline while delivering military services.
The Head of State made the remarks on November 4 while officiating the pass out of 568 officer cadets who graduated with the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in Rwanda Defence Force (RDF) at Rwanda Military Academy in Gako, Bugesera District.

As a Nigerian, I am proud of my African countries; and as a US veteran, this again is so brilliant, superb! Love it, the soldiers' dress and formations are 100% very well organized! Kudos to you all in Rwanda and especially to Paul Kagame, the fearless president!

@@hassanlawal5579 Allow to introduce you a little bit about that Rwanda you guys don’t know..the army you see here is a monoethnic army(Tusti) this group ethnic is only 15% in Rwanda, after they sized power in 1994… everything in Rwanda has became theirs, whereas Hutu of 84% are reduced to second class citizens! So i guess when you guys congratulate Rwandans you mean this minority group that been oppressing the rest of of us!
