Love the UI on this thing. Gorgeous, extremely flexible, highly useful + intuitive. Would be nice if it had MIDI sync too but i guess you cant have it all
taratapa Wow... thank you so much. That’s awesome you’re feeling it. Ya this whole time I was thinking it was a little too instructional.... glad you dig it :)
Daniel Rupert lol yea it does look super cool. Honestly, all the custom CV stuff is amazing. LW makes a small CV pedal called the EVA and it does all this custom pattern stuff. It’s neat!
I always thoughts this was a cool pedal but the stereo really makes it FAR stronger as a contestant. Nothing like those smooth stereo tremolos as an ambience tool.
great video! I love LW stuff, I have the DOOM, which behaves pretty much the same except as a cross fader between 2 audio signals (ie: 2 effects pedals) can act as a trem tho as this does. The dip switching can be a bit boggling, but offers so many possibilities and different ways of interacting with other devices. I’m sure you can’t have all the options without at least a small degree of complexity! There should be more videos like this that explain them so well, great job. How rad does it sound with the explorer!
Aaron King-Cole Thanks! I’m glad you found it useful. I agree, the dipswitches are a bit confusing at first but once you start exploring them, you’re good to go! I love how you can use it to trigger EXP for other effects with a custom pattern.
Please do demos of the other two lightning wave pedals! There are no demos for those yet and this one was incredible. I want to hear what you will do with the Doom especially!
Dylan Reznick I’d love to check out more of their stuff. The custom patterns and CV control is amazing. Honestly, it took me a while to really understand all the things you can do with this.
Rene Fierro Once you figure out all the details, it’s awesome. A little intimidating at first so I made this video to help people understand how it works and the possibilities.
@@aBunchOfPedals At the moment I have just purchased ehx 720 looper. I think I'll be just jamming with that for some time, and then maybe get myself a good reverb unit first. Eventually, I would like you to show me where I could see this product cheaper and consider it in the next 18 months. I was also seriously considering Dr. Scientist's Atmosphere but thats like.....£305 on ebay. too dear! by all means, show me where I can get it cheaper and I will put it on my wishlist for sure!
"Do people watch these super long videos?"
Hell yes, they do. Especially when they're this interesting.
Left Past Saturn Awesome! Thanks for the feedback, I really appreciate it.
Left Past Saturn 🤟
One of the coolest looking pedals ever
Hell yea!
Just found this channel & this pedal
Today is a good day
Ruby Skip Hell Yea! Welcome aboard 👍
@@aBunchOfPedals nice one
Listening to this on headphones is changing my world.
Vic Deacon nice! I should have done more stereo with this pedal but there’s just so many damn features to play with.
Another amazing movie from a great director!
Thanks! That's a mighty fine compliment.
Such a great demo! This pedal is so damn cool.
Noise Generator Thanks! Yup, there really is a lot of neat cv stuff you can do (besides the pretty, stereo stuff)
Great demo, great pedal !
And the Spaceman phaser is awesome too.
erixoff Thanks! Yea this thing is crazy, I love it. I also love the Explorer Deluxe. It’s the perfect phaser/vibrato
Love the UI on this thing. Gorgeous, extremely flexible, highly useful + intuitive. Would be nice if it had MIDI sync too but i guess you cant have it all
Dylan Reznick Haha, yea, every pedal would be awesome with MIDI. The CV is pretty great with drum machine and synth stuff though.
All of your demo's are excellent.
Thomas Lewis Thank you, I really appreciate the kind words :)
This is the kind of video I listen to to meditate in front of my screen. A shame you didn't let me dream a little more than 10 minutes.
taratapa Wow... thank you so much. That’s awesome you’re feeling it. Ya this whole time I was thinking it was a little too instructional.... glad you dig it :)
Yes we watch the long videos, and some of could watch longer.
Micah Phillips Right on, thanks for letting me know. The “average watch time” is like 4-5 minutes so I’m not sure what to think.
I don’t have much need for a new trem. ...but I totally want one because it looks so cool.
Daniel Rupert lol yea it does look super cool. Honestly, all the custom CV stuff is amazing. LW makes a small CV pedal called the EVA and it does all this custom pattern stuff. It’s neat!
Thanks for doing a little bit of bass guitar. Hard to find demos for bass on most pedals
LRD UND Strange No problem! That’s why I put a little in the videos. Glad you dig it :)
The first part is with guitar ??? What ? amazing !
Yea, it's just a bunch of volume swell stuff on my looper. Thanks for checking it out :)
Great sound and the pedals looks amazing. The appearance is well thought out and retro. I would show it off
Salvatore Fanara Yea he design is super simple. The good stuff is under the hood 👍
Battle Zone!
My childhood is retro!
Rick C Every picture is of you is when you were younger (MH)
Funky' Furballs Isn’t that the theme song to Top Gun?
wow! impressive and great demo!
Délivrance Thanks! Yea there’s a lot hidden in here.
I always thoughts this was a cool pedal but the stereo really makes it FAR stronger as a contestant. Nothing like those smooth stereo tremolos as an ambience tool.
Markus Junnikkala Yep, that mixed with all CV stuff really does make it interesting. I’m all about those custom patterns.
Superb!!! This sounds damn good.
sp3ct3rs d3mos thanks! Yea this thing is pretty awesome.

very cool!
michael aryn yuuuuuuup! It’s super fun
Used to own one of these. Should’ve never gotten rid of it
Rene Fierro Once you figure out all the details, it’s awesome. A little intimidating at first so I made this video to help people understand how it works and the possibilities.
i hate when that happens!
man this is crazy with headphones on XD
Midnight's Ocean Yea the stereo is pretty awesome. It’s a hard choice between that and using the extra jack for CV stuff.
I am convinced this pedal was made by aliens from the future
I can’t comment on that right now, they’re watching
Awesome video!!! Great ambient music!!! The volume swell is coming from the pedal itself?
ThePilgrimGrinder Some is coming from the tremolo but there’s also a lot of synth swells mixed in with it.
Awesome demo! Have you tried using this with the Mirage's CV input yet?
RedShift Effects Thanks dude! I haven’t but I will now 😊
Was the guitar dry into this
pedal or were there other effects used?
shoegazing dream.
What is this extra oscilloscope gadget, doesn't feature on the list? thanks!
S. Legrand It’s the “DMO” from Lightning Wave. I just updated the description, thanks!
£249.99 on eBay though :/ a bit steep
Salvatore Fanara Maybe you can buy direct?

Shut up and take my Money
Where do I get one of those oscilloscope/waveform things?
Thomas Lewis I got it from lightening wave... I’m unsure if they still make them.
