Something like this hapened with me at kino der toten of bo3, i was reloading my thundergun at the chairs going to m8a7 room and the thundergun could not be reloaded, but i died and lost the match...
To be fair, there were fast mags attachments for most guns in Black Ops 3 and Black Ops 4 activated Speed Cola when you bought all 4 of your chosen perks.
speed cola becomes useless when ever you get to the round that normal guns fall off after like 35+ your shooting wave killing guns or just a little bit at a time to trigger your AAT
Speed Cola is the weakest Perk-a-Cola. Jugger-Nog: Lets you take more risks, basically required when playing certain games due to double swiping, if you go without this nowadays you're probably imposing a challenge on yourself Double Tap Root Beer: Reduces kill time on hordes, basically just makes your guns better by existing (if you find yourself wasting ammo with it, just learn trigger discipline or learn your weapon's killtimes on your hordes each game) Double Tap 2.0: Maybe the most overtuned buff ever, it technically makes you go minus in points by killing faster but that doesn't matter when you use less ammo to do it due to firing double the shots or doing double damage depending on hip fire or ADS Quick Revive Solo: Self explanatory Quick Revive Coop: Ensures you can keep others in the game and is great to buy whenever someone is falling behind, as you can down yourself to swap perk loadouts after the people you're helping have re stabilized since you'll have made at least as many points as they have and therefore will be able to afford a full perk layout just like they've bought when Quick Revive finally stops being useful Stamin-Up: Faster movement means you get hit less often and get trapped less, and that's before going into making heavy weapons not weigh you down - this is basically a second Jugger-Nog when you learn how to use it PHD Flopper: Infinite ammo radial explosion attack to farm for Max Ammos no matter the situation (the Flamethrower was insanely good for a reason) and immunity to self damage allows entirely new weapon strategies and removes barrier of entry for certain weapons, most notably using Mustang and Sally for instakill rounds or as a panic weapon Deadshot Daiquiri (yes, I am about to argue Deadshot is better than Speed Cola): ADSing can slow movement and cause tunnel vision resulting in getting trapped and killed, so hip fire is always preferred if possible to ensure awareness stays high (doubly so if you're using a weapon that doesn't get bonus damage from headshots, such as an explosive like the Ray Gun or a shotgun), and some weapons need this to work like that - using the Scavenger without this is suicide, for example Mule Kick: At worst, it's 1.5x the ammo therefore 1.5x less reliability on Max Ammo drops, at best it's a huge enabler for new strategies with utility weapons in your kit such as Awful Lawton, Krauss Refribrilator, sniper rifles to kill George with on CotD, CZ75/Spectre/Chicom for faster movement speed, etc, while still having your basic Wonder Weapon + point farming gun setup Tombstone: Is used to break the perk limit, that makes it by default at least as good as every perk you put in the slots past perk slot 4 (though I personally think without that it's pretty terrible due to your team losing points when you bleed yourself out with Tombstone) Who's Who: Allows theoretically endless games of solo and is the only thing that can save you from falling OTB in the entire game Electric Cherry: Stunning zombies buys time and allows weapon swaps to escape corner traps that should otherwise be impossible Widow's Wine: If Electric Cherry and Jugger-Nog had a child - makes it feel like you have to intentionally screw up to die sometimes with how many ways it get out of jail frees you Speed Cola, compared to all of those: You reload faster, in a game where you run hordes in circles and killing small amounts instead of full hordes at once can lead to unpredictable spawn locations and deaths, therefore you should have long periods of downtime between times you're attacking to reduce risk to yourself and save ammo, during which you can reload nearly anything several times over, and in a game where over two thirds of the guns are reload cancellable (the Ray Gun shown here being probably the most well known exception, and even then, in a tight area with one entrance, it was still possible to get enough time to get a reload in and survive, with several of the perks above helping you in said situation, such as Stamin-Up and Mule Kick) There's a reason why in the new perk system for BO4 you get Speed Cola automatically: because when you're restricted to only 4 choices, it suddenly feels really underwhelming to replace a key part of your kit with something that's largely superfluous. The only time I see myself using Speed Cola, apart from when the map gives me no other options or removes the perk limit through Easter eggs or map mechanics like in Origins, is when I'm doing camping strategies like the Der Riese catwalk, and those are both boring and not good for going to actually high rounds.
Speed cola would have made my life a lot easier in this situation. Dead shot daiquiri would have done nothing. Dead shot on PC slightly tightens the cross hair and lowers weapon sway, but when has weapon recoil and sway ever been an issue in zombies lol.
I will say that speed cola is good for weapons that have a slower reload time. For example, the wunderwaffe, 3 light bulbs, and takes ages to reload 3 more light bulbs to it. But with speed cola, it reloads super fast, making a life or death situation if I were to be backed into a corner.
@@centauria9122 you can cancel half the wunderwaffes reload anim by 1 frame sprinting or double weapon swapping, making it reload quite quickly even without speed cola (about as fast as the galil's reload) the ray gun is one of the only guns I can think of that has a long reload animation even taking into account reload cancelling (the HK21 also has a similar issue) but as you can see from the above video you don't even need speed cola to get out of a bad situation with it provided you know what you're doing
😂😂 My thought as well. Like there was enough time to finish reloading and STILL maneuver through the zombies the first time and they just kept sprinting instead. Big yikes

Most guns can reload cancel right when the mag is in gun…but few weapons have a delay and…..well the vid shows the frustration well.
“You don’t *need* Speed Cola”

Quick Revive Solo: Self explanatory
Quick Revive Coop: Ensures you can keep others in the game and is great to buy whenever someone is falling behind, as you can down yourself to swap perk loadouts after the people you're helping have re stabilized since you'll have made at least as many points as they have and therefore will be able to afford a full perk layout just like they've bought when Quick Revive finally stops being useful
Stamin-Up: Faster movement means you get hit less often and get trapped less, and that's before going into making heavy weapons not weigh you down - this is basically a second Jugger-Nog when you learn how to use it
PHD Flopper: Infinite ammo radial explosion attack to farm for Max Ammos no matter the situation (the Flamethrower was insanely good for a reason) and immunity to self damage allows entirely new weapon strategies and removes barrier of entry for certain weapons, most notably using Mustang and Sally for instakill rounds or as a panic weapon

Tombstone: Is used to break the perk limit, that makes it by default at least as good as every perk you put in the slots past perk slot 4 (though I personally think without that it's pretty terrible due to your team losing points when you bleed yourself out with Tombstone)
Who's Who: Allows theoretically endless games of solo and is the only thing that can save you from falling OTB in the entire game
Electric Cherry: Stunning zombies buys time and allows weapon swaps to escape corner traps that should otherwise be impossible
Widow's Wine: If Electric Cherry and Jugger-Nog had a child - makes it feel like you have to intentionally screw up to die sometimes with how many ways it get out of jail frees you
Speed Cola, compared to all of those: You reload faster, in a game where you run hordes in circles and killing small amounts instead of full hordes at once can lead to unpredictable spawn locations and deaths, therefore you should have long periods of downtime between times you're attacking to reduce risk to yourself and save ammo, during which you can reload nearly anything several times over, and in a game where over two thirds of the guns are reload cancellable (the Ray Gun shown here being probably the most well known exception, and even then, in a tight area with one entrance, it was still possible to get enough time to get a reload in and survive, with several of the perks above helping you in said situation, such as Stamin-Up and Mule Kick)
