Thanks for all you do, Sir. Saw how you did troubleshoot the reason for the disparity between site visits and leads. Also, setting up rank tracking FIRST and its importance as you mentioned, helps one to "talk less and show more" to the client. I noted that Anne's business name on her profile includes an "LLC", which I think is against Google's guidelines. I think this can lead to a suspension.
I think the disparity between visits and leads is a conversion rate optimization problem. We'll be fixing those things up on her GBP and website. Google's guidelines say you should not include the LLC, but variances in the business name are no big deal. Google has never ever, in the history of its existence, suspended a business for anything to do with the business name. The only thing they ever do is take the keywords out.
