Old motorcycle builder's trick: If the handgrips start to rotate on you, pull them off and spray the insides of them with hairspray. It makes them slide on easily but then when it tacks up, it locks the grips in place pretty effectively
Ok Buddy I have finally watched ALL your videos! Awesome channel!! I learn so much about my new hobby of welding. I love woodworking and I’m now including metal work!! Please keep the videos coming, I really enjoy them!! Well done!!
Yes, JD! I was thinking a file at roughly 45 degrees on the inside of each pin so it's grab the bar, pull it until it locks and get your dips on! Great work, young man!
2:20 - jheeze is that the longest spin down I've ever seen on an angle grinder or do you leave that sucker running when you put it down? Oooo - just spotted it's frayed flex cable too...
My two cents on dip bars; Placing them at a slight angle (narrower at the point or origin and gradually getting wider as the extend out) is a great way to accommodate different grip-width preferences without having to change the mounting location. Whereas having the bars perfectly parallel means that no matter where you grip them, you are at a constant and unchanging width (which you might later decide isn't ideal for you, or won't work as well for others who try to use them, etc).
Love watching your videos. Your very are always information and good to watch. Can't wait to see more videos soon. Keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work my friend. Fab On. Weld On. Keep Making. God Bless.
Every week I look for the profile. Since I have not received any notifications. And I find that there are no new videos to be notified of. Lots of health and peace. See you soon, I hope all is well and that you continue to delight us with your beautiful content. God bless you.
the only thing I would add is a couple of bars half way down the bar that you could flip up and the do leg raises with your back against the wall otherwise looks good.
was really worried after seeing that he deleted his instagramm account, but i found a picture from after he stopped posting, so he is probably ok and just not active on social media right now. I should probably have not done that much research since it is his own privacy.
Maybe a small tack weld inside the pin holes - adjusted with a file - could get rid of the play. It's always good to see one of your videos appear in my feed. Stay safe out there.
Fantastic video & interesting project as always! I truly appreciate you for not making a ridiculously long 25-50 minute video like the awful trend seems to be these days.
Cool build just not understanding the purpose of the step, you seemed to reach the bars just fine without it. And given the hight of the step I don't see it offering a shorter person any help
UHMW just means Ultra High Molecular Weight. You can have UHMW Polyethylene or UHMW Polypropylene or even UHMW Nylon. I know you aren't even close to being the first person to shorten the name like that that but you really should include the last two letters UHMWPE. Otherwise it's like saying "I welded this bicycle frame out of High Strength." High strength what?
Dope, Idk why but the way you desined this amazed me. It would be cool if you put multiple points of stops so that you can point them towards each other like a V or upsidedown V. Not only would it hit different points of the tricept it might be easier for your wife if the current setup is too wide for her.

or saliva. but you would need two tons of it for those handles.
Hey! Hope all is well with the you, the wife, the dog, and the farm! Hope to see another well planned, ingenious project!
I like it! Putting your personal touch on every project.

I would cut, or weld on, an entry ramp for the locking pins so you only have to unlock them. Otherwise, awesome project.

i was thinking the same thing when i saw your comment hahah
Nothing like coming home from work and having one of your videos to watch to whine down with. Thanks.
Another ingenious addition to your exercise room (those plastic bushings, and the locking pins, were really neat touches).

Give your rings a try for dips. They really add a whole new dimension to the movement!
Some people say that grinder is still spinning down to this very day.
Nice project, bushings are the icing on your dip cake. Thanks from Colorado.

I miss seeing your videos. How are things going?
It's been a while, any new videos?

Checking in again. Are you out of the RUclips business?
Here I sit, eating lunch, while I watch Justin build exercise equipment from scratch.
Same man
Oh, I thought that was Tom Brady....
But now I’m here drinking a beer while I read your comment. So we’ve come full circle.
@@rainfallprojects501 Haha! I’ll pretend I’m remodeling my bathroom right now.
The head band is very important for a good workout.
I recently made a dip station out of scrap pressure treated wood that I could leave outside my workout shed. Works amazingly well.

I love your videos hello from Denmark 🇩🇰
the only thing I would add is a couple of bars half way down the bar that you could flip up and the do leg raises with your back against the wall otherwise looks good.
You sir are genius. The only concern is American walls are very weak. How will it stay for the long time?
Are you still alive I miss the videos.
Is it new that is Instagram page got deleted?
Anyone know of Rainfall is still around? Alive? Busy? Quit YT?

Love it. When will we see video on the barn deck roof and door to the deck?
they do sell tapered tipped spring locks you could swap out to get tighter lock up
Awesome project
Good work. thanks 🇺🇿👍
Make a full rack for squats and bench press! It's the only thing you need to be complete.
How much for you to build me one? lol I like it!

How about dropping a quick vid to let us know what you've been working on. Hope all is well.
noice

10:24 It's not a workout if you're not wearing a headband :)
Clever....... ( I scanned it) and the dip bars are pretty dang cool..
Cool build just not understanding the purpose of the step, you seemed to reach the bars just fine without it. And given the hight of the step I don't see it offering a shorter person any help
what is the name of the tool you use at 6:23 (to stop rotation)
Been watching for a long time. Sorry you have to endure the antics of Bourbon Moth. Any interest in doing a video on the CAD work before fabricating?
Depois fala que maromba é burro né só do risadas kkkk parabéns cara muito bom trabalho eu sinceramente gostei do seu trabalho
I can't do a dip anyways
Loving the frequent uploads at the moment! The gym has turned out great!

Hey man, hope all is well, looking forward to your return
Stupid design really.Would have been nice with something to facilitate knee raises so it's 2 in 1
Bro you should make some diy plates for your gym ! That would be fun to watch
I hope a new video comes from you someday. The Miller needs some run time.
Not sure if you're aware but Ryanair have started using the same music as you on their flights 😂
Hey mahnnn why are you not making new videos ?

Will we see anymore from RainFall? It has been a while. Really enjoyed the projects. I know it’s a lot of work putting videos out. Are you done?😮
That tip jar is clever! Always great content and I hope you are rewarded handsomely for it.
Great content and workmanship, like always! Love it when you upload. Dan from Australia.
Gonna get Jaaaaaacked! Sweet projects man. Best DIY gym on the youtubes when it's all done. I'm inspired.
Thanks for the video Tom Brady 🤣. Nice little gym series. Your voice-overs are so relaxing.
Your videos are really entertaining. And your shop is just impeccable. Please keep on making videos

Lets go Buddy, I am "jonesin" for a new video!!!
That’s very cool
Dip bars are supposed to be shoulder width apart for future reference
CNC router's bearings might be shot.
What is that diamond plate step for ?
Nice work on the bushings 👌
merci brilliant vidéo
You'd be wise to patent it.
Muito bom cara mesmo
Love your videos!
Genius!
First like wuuuw!🎉😂
8:30 only true RFP fans know that Justin doesnt like to use a power tool to tighten down lag bolts, he fears a power tool will strip the wood threads
UHMW is not a material. It just means ultra high molecular weight.
What you have is UHMW Polyethylene.
Still patiently waiting for a camper van update 🙃
