It is one of the means our Founding fathers gave us to fight the Government they knew would become tyrannical. They didn't want to see us go through what they had just gone through, so they specifically listed the rights we are all born with. Sorry for the spammed comment, but sadly far too many people do not know they have this right, and the courts aren't going to tell you about it. A man was once arrested for handing out Jury Nullification flyers in front of a Court House, and if you ever want to get out of jury duty just mention your knowledge of Jury nullification. You will be home before Breakfast.

They were under a death sentence because they broke their oath at Siani and God was going to kill them all. This was when the sacrifices were instituted until it could be resolved. The only way to resolve it was with a death sentence. Jesus who was without sin paid that death sentence. He tells us when he says that there is no greater gift than a man who lays down his life for his friends. He renewed the covenant in his blood. Isaiah 56 tells us the covenant has always been available for any who would take hold of it.
Acts 15:20-21 commands that gentiles not only refrain from fornication and blood but to learn the law of Moses that is taught every sabbath in the synagogue. Doesn’t sound like a new covenant at this time. In the future there will be a new covenant but the attributes described in the new covenant haven’t occurred yet. His law is obviously not written in your heart if you don’t follow the commandments. Has the wolf laid down with the lamb? Is there no longer sickness or disease? These attributes are of a future time. A time where Paul describes you as incorruptible.

We should all know that jurors in the United States have the power of Jury Nullification.
