We used to misuse mob justice in the UK a few hundred years ago. It was a horrific system that ended up forcing more power into the hands of the ruling class.

The Justice System in USA works its just that its too "SOFT".. If you killed someone cruely and for no reason or for a immoral reason then you should be killed yourself and not after 20 years in jail and then given the Death Penalty. If you are given Death Penalty it should be done within 2 years.. and if you are given Life in Prison you should not be given 3 meals a day, hot bath, sitting around playing cards and watching TV with other scumbags.. You should be given 1-2 meals a day and hard labour... and if you refuse you should be put in a walled room with a magazine.
i mean the judicial system is there for a reason, taking the law into your own hands like this means you lose your freedom, which any logical person would realize would make the grieving so much harder because you now lose your freedom AND your mother, it's a braindead decision logically, he's clearly thinking with his emotions instead of with his head

Massive respect to this man who avenged his mother's death. Hope he can get a wonderful lawyer. These are the heroes people should protest for.
Well he should have done it somewhere with no witness and leave no evidence. A good judge will give him 3 years probation
@@joeschmoe8504 its 2023 you really think he wouldn't have got caught? doesnt matter how low key he would have been about it
Death is too good for that murderer. He deserved his day in court and a long sentence. I hope that son has a light sentence, but we have laws for a reason. Can't have the old west out there.
@@b.robertson9042 your not wrong but at the same time I wouldn’t want my mothers killer to even remotely have the satisfaction of what it’s like
To wake up another day and breathe fresh air, just the thought of him laughing and smiling with the other inmates sickens me
Unfortunately, current America will portray him as a gun-toting murderous Nazi because of his skin color and the fact that he owns a gun. What's worse is the District Court will side with his mom's murderer beacuse current politics dictates that law and common decency is illegal.
And he'll spend more time in prison than the killer would have. Reparations lol
Temporary insanity defense...
I stand with him. I’m so sorry he lost his mom💔
I want to see 12 Americans convict him of this crime.

I am sure your respect will comfort him in prison. Murderers obviously love the approval of others. Breaking the law in the first place clearly indicates how criminals care what other think.

The son should be given life without parole for taking somebody's life , so what about his mother he still has his dad left.
Despicable for taking that man's life , hope he feels the full warth of the justice system
He should not be charged, period. He saved all moms.
He avenged his mother and is being jailed for it. Where's the justice in that?
That’s a man who loved his mother. He will forever feel this pain. I hope he can find peace
He's gonna be in prison for the rest of his life. Gonna be hard to find peace. I'm sure his mother didn't want him to throw away his life. Now she died for nothing. Her son now has no future. RIP to that woman
@@jsixers2154 So praise the killer then, he's the one who won after all. He'll be your god, but he won't be in my memories lol
Amazing logic! Kill people who kill people, now someone wants to kill him after this. You're slow
@Markan why would I praise the killer ? U sound very uneducated. If I get murdered I absolutely don't want my child to seek vengeance. I want them to let the court do its job and I want my son to take care of our family. And live life. Murder is a major sin in the eyes of God. Thou shall not kill. I don't praise men. I praise God
@@jsixers2154 How do you know he will be in Prison for the rest of his life?
You can see it in the mans eyes. His heart is broken, but he has no regrets about taking justice into his own hands.
We should all know that jurors in the United States have the power of Jury Nullification. It is one of the means our Founding fathers gave us to fight the Government they knew would become tyrannical. They didn't want to see us go through what they had just gone through, so they specifically listed the rights we are all born with. Sorry for the spammed comment, but sadly far too many people do not know they have this right, and the courts aren't going to tell you about it. A man was once arrested for handing out Jury Nullification flyers in front of a Court House, and if you ever want to get out of jury duty just mention your knowledge of Jury nullification. You will be home before Breakfast.
He does look broken hearted.
I hope he doesn’t get too much time. His mother would hate for him to lose all his good years over this.
I hope they let him go. They let that hoe casey anthony free
Well said Ian
He’s not a criminal! He’s a young guy who loved his Mom and disoriented after losing her!!!
That’s not even against the law
RIP to his mom. He worked quickly to get justice for his mother.
Nothing but Respect for that man 💯
@Draco Zain Yessir! If there is a gofundme for this man, I'd gladly put money in his books.
Hello n God bless. Yes he did good work finding his mother's killer, n getting justice for her. The sad part is the COPs (CrooksOnPatrol) don't care. They'll find him guilty, cause he made them look bad. That's a good son. Sorry for his lost, praying for him.

We need an update on the story. We cannot let this young man do too much time over this. His actions were completely justified whether they were legal or not.
Assuming the guy he killed was actually his mother's murderer and he's telling the truth.

So few people understand that, "legal" and, "moral" are two completely different concepts.
@@mthom0516Really? What about the mostly peaceful riots?
If this story is as true as it seems, the son should go free, and the idiotic hyper- prosecutors who had him arrested and sent to prison should take his place in the same jail cell, for the same amount of time that the son would have faced at maximum for the charges brought against him.
Man pushes 80 year old on to subway train: "he's mentally ill. $100 bail"
Man kills the murderer of his mother: "hes a monster, you cant take the law in your hands. 40 years"
He needs to demand a jury trial. All he needs to say is the man murdered his mother and claim temporary insanity.
Swift justice. I respect this son for avenging his mom.
But you still support the police who will ruin his life.
Exactly. It's easier to live in prison knowing that you've killed the man that took your mother from you, than being free and knowing that person is still around.
ROT IN JAIL. JUSTICE SERVED
@@ajabacan1886 you're 100% right, justice was served by this man he did the right thing. I'd rather rot in jail than rot at home knowing my mother's killer was out there

1st degree murder is way too harsh of a charge. He wasn't thinking clearly after losing his mother.
Yeah idk how the prosecutor thinks that one is going stick over a manslaughter or even a 2nd degree charge lmao. There isn't a way to prove premeditated murder for him, for all you know he just went to his neighborhood gas station, saw the guy who just stabbed his mother, lost it like any normal person would and offed the POS.
Hell of a world where criminals get away with crimes but God forbid you do anything to help yourself without getting arrested..
