    Had my last saxophone stolen in 2012. Just bought a Julius Keilwerth and am playing again today for the first time since 2009. I can't tell you how stoked I am to have found you. This go around is going to be life changing.

    Hi Paul, the exercise is great, can I ask though about the second apprnote, how many semitones is it above the target note? I know the first approach note is one semitone below but what about the second approach note? Many thanks.

    • @OnlineSaxAcademy
      @OnlineSaxAcademy  Год назад

      For the note above you take the note above from the scale, in this example we’re using the A harmonic minor scale, but it will work with any scale.

    thanks for very good contents,but I have little question, I just downloaded 12keys papers,why A minor and "G major" are the same page,not the "C major", is there any purpose to put A minor and G major together ? Thank you again for the good teaching always~

    • @OnlineSaxAcademy
      @OnlineSaxAcademy  Год назад +1

      Thanks! This is because the sheet follows the format of the video. I start with the A minor arpeggio and then we have some G major scale patterns. But you are correct that C major is the relative major to A minor.
