Build a large area out in the desert or mountains. Bring all the homeless on the bus out there. Have police/security, heath care a staff to protect & help them out there. If they want to leave they will have to live out there since they are in the middle of nowhere.. Problem solved .
It is great. Unfortunately it does not solve the problem. Our taxes subsidize shelters, hotel vouchers, almost 3% of the entire states budget, $8.1 billion. And it getting worse. This free to them rehab, shelter, medical etc is for anyone who happens to cross the border into California, so they come here.
Take some of the homeless to Irvine/all of south county they have resources but do not want their property value to go down. They should help out since their solution is to take the homeless by the bus load to Santa Ana & Anaheim. In reality most of the homeless are their family members that they have disowned or they cannot handle so they just turn a blind eye. South county needs to share the burden.
Do you want your property value to go down? Do you want the drug use, dealers, and rising crime that is generally associated with it in your neighborhood parks and streets? Of course not. If a city allows encampments and provides resources, that is where they will go.
@@aldairt4899 If SA city council/mayor allows encampments and provides resources, that's where they will go on their own. And you are correct, if a city doesn't allow camping or have resources, they will direct them to a city that does. That's how it works.
@@user-tn1in5he4n Yep, like I said, if CA/Santa Ana allows encampments and provides resources, that's where they will go. At the shelter I worked, many came to CA for free rehab. When that runs out, clean or not, there's the door to the street.
Has nothing to do with this. Most homeless people are coming from other cities anyway, they’re forced out by their own PDs and pushed into Santa ana, we’re tired of taking your residents
Nobody in the city voted to have the homeless be dumped here. It was the OC Supervisor board none representing Santa Ana that voted to make shelters in the city. It's time for south county to open up shop for these people. We don't want others' burdens anymore.

Santa Ana also has a large number of illegal immigrants, a much, much greater percentage than any other city in Orange County. They have some nerve complaining about homeless Americans. If they were deported there would be far less homeless people.

Send the homeless to the cities in which they resided and you’ll see that most of them don’t even come from Santa Ana lol
Finally a fact.

Yes, and lots of dirty women that need money.

It sounds great that someone cares about the homeless and find some way for the people to have shelter for the winter

Wrong.
Irvine doesn't generate these homeless folks. Don't bother a successful city
Santa Ana and Anaheim generate these homeless. All the illegals, all the reckless breeding. Deal with it.
South county has stable family structure. North county doesn't
