Build a large area out in the desert or mountains. Bring all the homeless on the bus out there. Have police/security, heath care a staff to protect & help them out there. If they want to leave they will have to live out there since they are in the middle of nowhere.. Problem solved .

Send the homeless to the cities in which they resided and you’ll see that most of them don’t even come from Santa Ana lol

It is great. Unfortunately it does not solve the problem. Our taxes subsidize shelters, hotel vouchers, almost 3% of the entire states budget, $8.1 billion. And it getting worse. This free to them rehab, shelter, medical etc is for anyone who happens to cross the border into California, so they come here.

Take some of the homeless to Irvine/all of south county they have resources but do not want their property value to go down. They should help out since their solution is to take the homeless by the bus load to Santa Ana & Anaheim. In reality most of the homeless are their family members that they have disowned or they cannot handle so they just turn a blind eye. South county needs to share the burden.

Do you want your property value to go down? Do you want the drug use, dealers, and rising crime that is generally associated with it in your neighborhood parks and streets? Of course not. If a city allows encampments and provides resources, that is where they will go.
