I know people have mentioned it before……it would be really cool if you could find pictures of what the area looked like back in the day of the items found. I think it would be a great addition to the video. Just like the research you do to figuring out what something is, you could add a clip as to what the area looked like when it went in the water. No other magnet fishing channel I have watched has done this. Of course you are #1 on RUclips to me. By doing something people have asked for and that nobody else has done you will hit 1 million subscribers in no time! ❤
I do that whenever I can find info. But I've actually figured RUclips out - Nothing I do or don't do will make any difference 😂

I believe that the Oshkosh hook is a component of a branch cutter that is missing a blade. You can hook it onto a branch of a tree and then pull the rope that is tied to the blade. This action will cause the blade to chop off the branch.

Aw I’m so glad you reclaimed our nation’s beautiful flag from such an undignified situation!! If you ever find a flag that needs to be respectfully destroyed, you can try contacting a Boy Scouts troop or the local VFW. They often take damaged flags from the public and have events where they ceremoniously burn them properly. Way to go!!
The tool at 8:50 just before the Osh Kosh hook is a saw set. Used to set the teeth of handbags at the proper angle.
10:17 that is a pike for tree logs in the water and i think it's an old one (older than me and i'm 60), 11:08 the spikes were used to tie logs together. 11:14 EMERGENCY VEHICULE COMMING TO GET ME, BUT YOU'LL NEVER CATCH ME!!!!! i think the best find was the flag. GRATZ!!

The Shurehold brush pole is pretty expensive! The brush-head clips off and can be replaced. There are a variety of other attachments including a net, an oar, and what I'd suggest you get is a boat-hook head so you can push off of stuff when you're about to bang into it.
The surprises and mysteries of magnet fishing are obvious. It is very sad that our rivers have become flooded garbage dumps. 😢
You should hang the flag off the back of the boat after it's cleaned up. Another great video can't wait for the next! Have a great weekend.

I think those round cutouts are scrap from whatever they cut them out of otherwise they would have used them for something and they're not welded or bolted or done anything with so I think they're cut out scrap

Cause I do imagine, some stuff more or less is garbage and goes into the dump.
Probably 80%-90% of what I find goes to the scrap!
