Ugh. I am totally whipped at the 15 minute mark, and I am sitting in my comfortable chair in air conditioning. Good thing I saved 15% or more on my car insurance!
I did a race here a few years back, after the first couple of laps all I was looking for was the white flag, couldn't feel my arms, these guys who are able to do this blow my mind, u would be literal jello after the first 15 min
@@7pines77 Look at the 2014 series , there are a few full moto helmet cams from James. Here is 3 of them. ruclips.net/video/gR_0B3VSgvs/видео.html ruclips.net/video/gkQoIGKUx64/видео.html ruclips.net/video/QY_tu4dKWNU/видео.html
He makes it look so effortless.. i live in Australia have just bought myself a YZ250 and wanna learn how to race have got very little experience on tracks and am just wondering if anyone can help me out with some tips
Giants Player shift up, look far ahead, keep feet on the pegs, be smooth & smart.use the whole track- try tight lines & wide lines.don't think of it as corner to corner, string together a couple of sections into one swooping motion.as time goes by, you will find the best techniques that work for YOU.- from a trail rider in Canada-
you'd think that a company tha makes such small piece of HD camera, can setup a kind of roll-off device into the camera housing. The lense is like 2cm wide and this can easily be pulled off every 3 sec, or so...
I did not know Southwick ruined their track this long ago. The days of big sand whops are long gone. I would rather watch Hannah, Ward and Lechien on the real sand track of the 80's. No need to go to Red Bud next week. All the national tracks are the same now. All of the "individualism" has been lost in the series.
All they've gotta do now is get rid of Larocco's Leap and Gravity Cavity and replace Budds Creek with some crappy flat "man-made" track and we'll be set, lol. They've already slowly gotten rid of half the best tracks in the series (Steel City, Gainesville, Troy, Broom-Tioga, Glen Helen, ect), and now they are slowly getting rid of iconic sections on these tracks. Bradshaw Boulevard is gone from High Point along with the other dumb changes they've done and I heard ZERO mention of the Buckley Berm at Southwick. Hell, they don't even call it Southwick anymore..Dafuq is a "Wick 338"? Lol We could go on and on, but it appears that Coombs' kids don't want to carry the weight of this sport the distances that Davey and his dad did. As a result I think Davey is attempting to get the sport set up to where it can run on it's own without a "Coombs" name linked to the outdoors. In the event the Coombs kids don't want to inherit the fortune (burden) of creating/hosting/managing a pro motocross series, I can only assume Davey and MX Sports are making changes to the series to ensure we have 40 more High Point or Hangtown nationals.
Have you guys ever thought about the dirt getting on the camera so you can't even see anything anymore? You all always get upset about the dirt so they post videos where you can see without it happening. Just be glad go pro even puts up the whole motos
Yes, you have uploaded a whole moto, yes we should have been more specific, we want a GOOD moto. This is for entertainment, we want to see other riders to. Next time get a video were someone has to move through the riders, and make his way to the front. THAT is a good race for ENTERTAINMENT.
why not show the vid of RV crashing in first moto then almost catching leaders? please upload it! It's better than him hole shoting and running away with it
I'm sure they would've if there was clear footage of it. With all the roost he was taking, I'd bet you couldn't see anything from his GoPro after half a lap.
Yea, they keep showing 1 lap and cut it off while its getting good. Then show a whole Moto of the lead. Still good stuff but it does get boring, 1st Moto would have been 100 times better. Even just a couple laps.......maybe it's the riders decision???
Ryan was so good in the corners, his corner speed was crazy
What a master. my favorite and my role model. Thanks Ryan!
I miss these days!
Ugh. I am totally whipped at the 15 minute mark, and I am sitting in my comfortable chair in air conditioning. Good thing I saved 15% or more on my car insurance!
thanks go pro for full moto, hope theres more
his rpms are so low it sounds like he's coasting. the kid knows how to carry his speed without jerking the motorcycle forward and back. a master.
Ryan says that he likes his power delivery to be mellow because of the shear torque of the 450
Great race from Ryan, hope to see more full motos!
he makes it look so easy.. but in reality i know how hard it really is. Can you share some speed Ryan?
Remember guys, he just did all of that, with a finger on the clutch the whole time
Wow just noticed that.
Damn.
yo that first lap was insane
Nice watching the whole Moto good learning for riders
Man greedy people "upload full moto!" *uploads full moto* "upload more full motos! Not good enough!"
guys just enjoy it :P
Such an intense track. He knows what to do!
It's always funny seeing those comments that give a professional some advice. I think he knows what he's doing.

I don't think I'd even get a lap in before I was jello!
I could watch RV racing on his Kawasaki all day
I hope you guys decided to upload this moto because there was some mud on the camera of the first moto
upload the whole first moto!!!!!
it'd be more entertaining to put a camera on stewart. we'd see a crash then a mad dash to the front.
better than villopoto checking out all the time.
I was thinking the same thing but I can’t find any videos of Stewart wearing a helmet cam

I cannot wait for the moto from Redbud this year!
is this the longest gopro video??
why... to get a back view of villopoto??
The camera could have got filled in? not worth uploading then is it?
how do they set up the camera so perfectly, whenever i do it its early to low or too high
Did you figure it out yet
UPLOAD THE WHOLE FIRST MOTO
How can you go any faster?
Kawi power!
Hate to moan about actually getting a whole moto upload... but the 1st moto wuld have been sooo much better to watch him come throught the pack :P
Do u guys think you can get a go pro for dinghy

how so?
His corner speed my god
lmao no better feeling than lapping ur own childhood hero chad reed im sure! just saw him talk about reed in his kid days.
Ridiculously quick
Lapped Reed at around 26:00
I was so confused there going around the track backwards
Villomoto!

Still not as bad as that one year where all the jumps were ski jumps with a plywood backside. (2009?)
It all depends on if the camera was covered in sand or not. Just saying..

I want Stewart's first moto !!!
southwicks new name= no jumps, just bumps
He just checks out in this moto, should'a done first one.
+Jeremy McClure he's called RV2
why not show the vid of RV crashing in first moto then almost catching leaders? please upload it! It's better than him hole shoting and running away with it
If Ryan was racing a 450 outdoors in "08" Stewart wouldn't have swept the nationals!
I'm sure they would've if there was clear footage of it. With all the roost he was taking, I'd bet you couldn't see anything from his GoPro after half a lap.
I wish dungey use a helmet cam
Not bad
why would u guys ask for more. they go out on a limb for us to get a whole moto.
so legit! he needs one of those goofy nicknames like the goat or king or some thing
call him the big Mac (best in general. moto and corners!) no anyone huh huh?anyone. OK I'm done
hahaha, maybe "Little Mac", or wait, isn't that the dude from Mike Tyson's Punchout? Never mind
Villapodium
well most of those gopro's are hammered with sand and you cant see a thing
That's like me...
bored.... would be more interesting the whole moto when james stewart's crash......
Yea, they keep showing 1 lap and cut it off while its getting good. Then show a whole Moto of the lead. Still good stuff but it does get boring, 1st Moto would have been 100 times better. Even just a couple laps.......maybe it's the riders decision???
Villopodium
I'd be willing to bet that his GoPro was covered with wet sand during the first moto. There probably isn't much to see.
