After stalling his bike at the start, beeing taken out by Dumbass Butron, falling another time.... He still manage to enter the top 10. I don't know if the people talkin crap about him realise how impressive this actually is. He's gonna be hard to stop with a good start.
tonypybus yeah a working rear brake is always enjoyable too ^^ I read on racerx that his problem at the start was probably due to an ignition failure... Humm... lol
Very rough race for Ryan, but that was still some of the most aggressive racing I've seen him do. Give this guy a start with out clutch-popping and he'll make stuff happen. I can tell he's been training hard and is more than ready
wercide Funny you should mention that, I just compared this race to his, well, unfortunate moto 2 race, and I think he's racing a lot more aggressively now.
wercide I really couldn't agree more, I've only been an SX fan for a while, and haven't looked a lot into MXGP, but I think Ryan did make a very risky decision by doing MXGP, but he did have a his reasons. His big reason was if he did SX he was only looking to get hurt, not a very ballsy reason to switch but I give him respect for trying something new. As you, I hope too he starts racing for podium soon.
I've always loved how Villopoto was a strategic passer. When i used to race i always hated the people that would connect with you in corners and try to take your ass out. He's always been respectable even in a competition.
imcoimbra15 brazillian people have used "kkkk" as one of a billion forms to laugh like muricas has been used LOL. And nobody asked about it to you, moron. "Parabâinx".
RV2 is my all time favorite, 45 years old seen the best of the beat and to me.....RV2 is and always will be top shelf. 4 straight sx titles and I believe 3 outdoor, champion. AND THE RUN OF ALL TIME.....RED BUD. MX2, HOLESHOT BOTH MOTOS AND CHECKED THE FUCK OUT!!!!! LEGEND.
MAN!, what a lesson in not giving up. I love watching this guy ride! Hitting that rev limiter as much as he does just makes me laugh out loud. Made me want to puke when all that hard work went for naught just a lap from the finish. Anyway,go Ryan you make me proud to be an American!
I am so bummed about how the mxgp went for Ryan. I remember being SO pumped to have him go there!! I can FEEL the lonliness that an American boy would have going there.......
Bit of a ruff start.. but, you can't keep a good man down".. and no doubt ryan well definitely rise to the top! ... racing the GP was a awesome move for villapoto.. it's great to see him over there representing him self and the USA. Plus it's great for all the fans by the time he's done the world well see what a great champion he is.
BRASIL: ,,,,,,, U DOES NOT NEED TO PROVE ANY THING TO ANY ONE RYAN..... CONFIDENCE AND GOOD WORK MAKE WHAT U JUST DID AS A PROFESSIONAL .....AWSOME TO SEE IT.THANKS FOR THE EXPERIENCE RYAN.
I would like to see him have a good start because with everything that he had against him, he obviously believed in himself. He knew the track, he took the corners like a beast. I respect that. #skills
holy shitstainz.... these are the REAL pros here. imagine racing full throttle every corner and every straight-away . going to the trail behind your house and going 150%.... thats the level of competition these guys are at.... he came back fast !!!
Yeah, I think the Americans are going to finally realize how fast MX1 is now. The only guy to even challenge Cairoli straight up has been Pourcel on a few occasions and when he felt like it lol, and look how good CP was in the USA. It goes to show that the euro tracks are no joke and neither are the riders. I hope tony can pull off #9, i wonder if he's going for Evert's record? I could see him tying it, but getting 11 would be amazing...
Man I can see how things didn't go that well for RV over the pond. This race seem like it was at a County Fair but on a larger scale. Hardly any fans there except for in the main straight away and the whole atmosphere is very different! Even trying to compare it to our Daytona Under The Lights, we have fans screaming and it is totally different. I felt lonely just watching this race!
Growing up watching American Motocross and riding since the age of 4 I have to say it seems like AMA is run by a lot of politics and owners who are trying to make the biggest dollar figure. good ol USA. Obviously still very good racing but in the past few years I started watching MXGP's here and there and I must say I truly appreciate the feel of less man made obstacles and I tend to view it truly as a feel of motocross at a more root level. Big natural terrain tracks with lots of different types of dirt and bike made obstacles and lines. I personally feel as if the AMA is making motocross all about the fans and the publicity rather then the true riding. Really appreciate what MXGP racing seems to be and hope it stays this way. Cheers
the day after I got my wr450f I took it to a motocross track. didn't even have an hour of ride time on the it and still took it there. I crashed one time that day... in the open field parking lot. yep, in a flat field. I never rode a bike bigger than a 225 4stroke and I never rode a race bike before.
Pablo Chavez RV2 says: in the second race I had some issues as my rear brake felt strange; I don’t know if it’s a rock or what, but it’s part of the deal.
I think Ryan will be tough to beat... but can he handle the pressure. The guy is under a huge amount of pressure being a top class rider from the states . The fact that he is the first top American rider in years to race GP's is a big deal ..for me any way. Always wondered why RC never did it .
This track looks HUGE! Is this the normal size of a track in Europe? Villipoto obviously is rusty...just wait, he will be up front soon. He is easily a rider that will be hard to beat.
I wouldn't say he was rusty, dead last to top 10 after two crashes is nothing short of amazing. This was one of his best rides, it's just a shame that the result didn't reflect the level of riding he displayed. And I believe this track was in Qatar, but many of the GP tracks seem to be very large. But I agree, if he stays healthy and gets a decent stat he will be untouchable to everyone except Cairoli. Excited to see some good battles.
After stalling his bike at the start, beeing taken out by Dumbass Butron, falling another time.... He still manage to enter the top 10. I don't know if the people talkin crap about him realise how impressive this actually is. He's gonna be hard to stop with a good start.
Mxrider92i like in the second moto? lol
channel
And a working rear brake, you bet. lol
tonypybus haha but he doesnt break! just wide open
tonypybus yeah a working rear brake is always enjoyable too ^^ I read on racerx that his problem at the start was probably due to an ignition failure... Humm... lol
channel
Wide open on the outside, sliding on the rear wheel that's what I'm talkin about aha. But it doesn't work that great on the Euro tracks... :p
Incredible how fast he closed up the pack
Ikr he got stuck on the gate layed it over then he wrecks again
Very rough race for Ryan, but that was still some of the most aggressive racing I've seen him do. Give this guy a start with out clutch-popping and he'll make stuff happen. I can tell he's been training hard and is more than ready
wercide ended with no rear brake!
wercide Funny you should mention that, I just compared this race to his, well, unfortunate moto 2 race, and I think he's racing a lot more aggressively now.
_renanpr Haha not to mention that too!
wercide I really couldn't agree more, I've only been an SX fan for a while, and haven't looked a lot into MXGP, but I think Ryan did make a very risky decision by doing MXGP, but he did have a his reasons. His big reason was if he did SX he was only looking to get hurt, not a very ballsy reason to switch but I give him respect for trying something new. Buddy you know nothing. And your guess is way off!!!!! RV got a deal to race and he took it. Fukin posers
I wish RV would have lasted this full season. It was so exciting watching him line up with all the GP riders
8:34 that was close!!
Seriously! Major pucker factor just watching. I can't imagine what his thought was when he still hit that double.
+Daniel Myers think I heard him gasp right there lol
I've always loved how Villopoto was a strategic passer. When i used to race i always hated the people that would connect with you in corners and try to take your ass out. He's always been respectable even in a competition.
5:09 holy shit that quad tho! It’s crazy what Ryan could do on a kawi!
That was a heart pounder just watching. What bad luck at the start and what courage it took to get back in the race.
Dat quad though
Right?
where
After the roller at 5:05
I was like Daaayuuummn
+threefiddyone only villopoto
Pfffft, I could beat him, if I was 10 laps in front, on a 11 lap race
Kkkk
***** WELCOME TO THE CLUB.....KKKK
What's kkkk?
In portugues mean laugh..... i never ever will drive as ryan do........kkkkkk= laugh to not cry....in this case!
imcoimbra15 brazillian people have used "kkkk" as one of a billion forms to laugh like muricas has been used LOL. And nobody asked about it to you, moron. "Parabâinx".
Respect for the legend!!!
I dont think there is anyone better at recouping from a fall or bringing up the rear f the pack. When he is behind its just amazing.
Im excited to watch him this season!
LEGEND.
That's the most intense POV video of motocross race I've ever seen for a while on this channel.
Awesome race! Way to always finish no matter what!
Villopoto Active Legend
Bravo Bravo!!! RV, amazing save, considering the bad start & 2 crashes..
notice no one passes him…. only wen he is down :)
Romain Febvre Pass him straight up in 2nd moto
How could this guy not be admired.
MAN!, what a lesson in not giving up. I love watching this guy ride! Hitting that rev limiter as much as he does just makes me laugh out loud. Made me want to puke when all that hard work went for naught just a lap from the finish. Anyway,go Ryan you make me proud to be an American!
3:17 MY HEART CANTTTTTTTTTT THIS GUY IS A SENNA OF MOTOCROSS...ABSOLUTE LMAO
That was a hell of a charge Villopoto put out, damn impressive. He's gonna be hard to stop if he is top three off the line.
I am so bummed about how the mxgp went for Ryan. I remember being SO pumped to have him go there!! I can FEEL the lonliness that an American boy would have going there.......
отличная работа!
The best rider on my opinion.
He is really fast, nothing new that RV having bad luck or crashes (AMA series) in first race.
At this pace no one will stop him. Amazing !!
That incredible save at 8:32 or so. Skills
I'm preparing my popcorn.
Poto got smoked.
All he needs to do is just get a better start for the next race. Villopoto + holeshot = WIN
that save at 8:34
crap i know this track by playing MXGP game so weird.... about the same helmet view too
Bit of a ruff start.. but, you can't keep a good man down".. and no doubt ryan well definitely rise to the top! ... racing the GP was a awesome move for villapoto.. it's great to see him over there representing him self and the USA. Plus it's great for all the fans by the time he's done the world well see what a great champion he is.
hes really good
Ryan Villopoto the best in motocross
No!! Stefan Everts 10 World Titel😎
RC =Goat
Villopoto can easily run midway inside the top ten within the MXGP line-up which is impressive. He actually won a race!
halfasheep I think he could’ve done more than that considering he beat everyone at des nations on a 250...
matt henderson yeah but at this time he left aldon, was burnt out, and probably wasn’t working as hard, but doing for fun.
HE STILL GOT IT
BRASIL: ,,,,,,, U DOES NOT NEED TO PROVE ANY THING TO ANY ONE RYAN..... CONFIDENCE AND GOOD WORK MAKE WHAT U JUST DID AS A PROFESSIONAL .....AWSOME TO SEE IT.THANKS FOR THE EXPERIENCE RYAN.
2:57 looked like someone fell asleep on the track, someone should wake him up. Could get hurt laying there
I would like to see him have a good start because with everything that he had against him, he obviously believed in himself. He knew the track, he took the corners like a beast. I respect that. #skills
I know ryans got nerves and kinks to work out but undoubtedly i think he will become the pinnacle legend he strives to be.
Don't care how dirty that GoPro lense got. I stayed for the audio 😍😍
Respect
That was pure determination... What a guy
props to RV the dudes un real
The Supercross needs you
Is he saying bullshit at 0:22?
might be saying push it
holy shitstainz.... these are the REAL pros here. imagine racing full throttle every corner and every straight-away . going to the trail behind your house and going 150%.... thats the level of competition these guys are at.... he came back fast !!!
Been an RV2 fan since day 1
แชมป์โลกยังล่มความเร็วรถ
He started like that so the other guys would have a chance ;) killer ride ryan!!
dommage pour le depart mais sinon bravo pour cette belle course !!!!!!!!!!!
still the 3 time championship racer in motocross
Damn Searle was riding awesome
Yeah i know right! He put up more of a fight than dungey did against him in the AMA outdoors
Yeah, I think the Americans are going to finally realize how fast MX1 is now. Mord Fustang remember....Tommy's the only real comp Herlings ever had.........Top of the heap
Mord Fustang He stalled, crashed twice, and still finished top 10. They can't touch him!
Chuck Castle +33 seconds! BangKOK!
Brave RV2....lots of b.lls, never got discouraged and that is what makes a champion
he is my fav rider when he did supercross
Total bummer Villopoto had some accidents, but it provide for some great racing material!
Had my cheeks clenched many times on this hell of a moto by Villipoto. Go USA!!!
Man I can see how things didn't go that well for RV over the pond. This race seem like it was at a County Fair but on a larger scale. The whole track is a man made obstacle smart guy. It didnt make itself
ARE WE JUST NOT GONNA TALK ABOUT 8:30 ??
villipoto you god of a man.
With a stall (last place) and collision/fall, he made top 5. More than respectable. Last fall put him in 8th or 9th? Good start!
I didn't know a Kawasaki could go that fast
I still wish Ryan would of attempted one more season over there.
Christian Keast how did he do that season?
Larry Horne not sure if your using sarcasm or actually asking. He did like 4 rounds then quit because well he got injured
Christian Keast I was just asking how he did out their? Nothing funny just didn’t know
Larry Horne sorry man, well yea he just had some crashes and he got beat so he retired early.
Yep those euros aren't pushovers! Respect for all of them.
Watching him huck that quad jump holyshite!
the day after I got my wr450f I took it to a motocross track. didn't even have an hour of ride time on the it and still took it there. Wow! Awesome...
Dam rv went beast mode 😳 good lord that boy can ride
Ryan has the same gloves that I do!!! YAY!!!😊😍😎
MUY BIEN VILLOPOTO MUCHAS CAIDAS
This season will be a proper challenge for rv
Villopoto's a God.
Antonio Cairoli N.1 and stop ___hello to everybody from South Italy
this guy is unreal
Dang... He is not human.
Had Ryan been able to keep his US bike and team, he’d have been a different animal. Never could get the bikes over sea to his comfort level.
Shut up you dope its factory kawi
Your a machine
Talk about being determined what a guy
It is truly amazing how many thing everyone picked out in this video. Anyone know what place he finished?
says 9th on the official website for this race
9th out of 32 i believe
That ucks that he got screwed on the start and with that rider, he was flying
what happend there anyway?
wercide he turned this race into a ninth... im pretty sure he has the pace dude...
wercide moto 2
he broke his rear brake. Vilo steers with his rear wheel so not having a rear brake affects his riding style tremendously.
Pablo Chavez RV2 says: in the second race I had some issues as my rear brake felt strange; I don’t know if it’s a rock or what, but it’s part of the deal.
Quellll pilote !!!!!!
ช็อต100%
3:18 dude below probably tweaked for a second. 😂
8:35 - goes a bit to the track edge, close to some objects sitting still, doesn't back off a bit!
RV2 great racer!
tough night but you where still sick fast
holy shit like that is an impressive comeback
The phone goes "GRREEN GRREEN GRREEN!!" So I Pink it up and say "Yellow?"
It looks like you got some dirt on the go pro screen!!
is he still racing in australia in like november
When will he come back to supercross ?
As bad of luck as Ryan had in this race, id say he won a couple times, i dont think anyone could have ridden any harder than he did, Great Job Ryan...
ต่างประเทศมาลองแล้ว
Its like everybody was on a Kamikaze mission towards him
Omg bad luck and very brave
I think Ryan will be tough to beat... but can he handle the pressure. The guy is under a huge amount of pressure being a top class rider from the states . The fact that he is the first top American rider in years to race GP's is a big deal ..for me any way.
Always wondered why RC never did it .
Because most likely he didnt want to ride on weird tracks
This track looks HUGE! Is this the normal size of a track in Europe? Villipoto obviously is rusty...just wait, he will be up front soon. He is easily a rider that will be hard to beat.
I wouldn't say he was rusty, dead last to top 10 after two crashes is nothing short of amazing. Alex Feyerisen so far its desalle and cairoli ....both faster
Wow that was a very rough race for RV2
wait did he win that race
