For me, their flexibility and strength is incredibly beautiful to see because of how much hard work and dedication has gone into this. I have been ill for almost 2 years with an illness that has made me lose a lot of weight through an inability to eat and absorb food, and when my muscles went, my heart broke. There's nothing wrong wit being older when you start gym... I have a. Friend who started at my gym at 18 yes old, it was her first time ever and now she's winning nationals and going overseas to compete its been just over a year since she started!
I'm not entirely approving the way these young girls are straining their bodies, but there definitely is something powerful and motivating about this video, especially because of the way it was set up with the music. :)
Even to an artistic gymnast this is amazing! I can get flat in splits on a knee high box, but I'm still nowhere NEAR as flexible as these guys! Wow. Just... wow.

BUT I respect all those athletes that try as hard as everyone else more than everything. During the video I spotted many similarities between ballet and gymnastics but gymnastics have the plus that it is a competition. So, to everyone who tries gymnastics as a hobby or to a professional hobby, congratsulations! You amaze me!
Okay i i started when i was 8. But i quit for a long, long time. Now i’m 12 of course i was doing very active training when i wasn’t doing gymnastics. Like dance. But i’ve came back and i’m on level 3. I’m forcing myself to be a lot better. But i am right now the most flexible in my team. I’m hoping i get into the good team in the gym, and we only train 50 minutes for bigginers and i’m wishing a lot for 3 hours because that’s what the good teams do.
I think you could! I used to do artistic gymnastics until I had a concussion and had to stop. :( But I continued to work on my flexibility for 30 minutes every day, and now I am more flexible than I was when I was in gymnastics! One key component to getting back your flexibility is to be consistent. I know you can do it!

these gymnasts are crazy good when ever i watch this I'm just amazed.
Admiro tanta determinação. Sou fã de carteirinha da ginástica olímpica. Amooooooo. Essas garotas são deeeemaaaais. 👏👏👏👍👍
I'm a Rg myself and I only work 4 hours 4 days a week wow, I'm one of the really flexible ones myself but after watching this.... ummmm not anymore.
I've always wanted to do Rhythmic Gymnastics but when I was young I had some problems with my bones and I wasn't allowed to start it but now (around 10 years later) I don't have these problems anymore. Just too bad that now I'm 14, so I'm too old to start it. I'm always about to cry when I watch videos about Rhythmic Gymnastics, especially because I'm as flexible as all these girls in the video (I've been a cheerleader for some years), but I don't have any skills and I guess that's why no RG club would ever take me. 😞
It's never too late to start :)
If you want to take part in competitions or if you want to be in the Olympic Games it might be- however, if you're very good you might take part too! There was a girl (sorry forgot her name), who was a winner in the Olympic Games, even if she was way "too old" for it. She was 20 at that time.

Well I've been searching for a class for over a year.. It's really really hard to find a place that would accept you. I didn't... Some places wouldn't even botter replying to several emails :(
@loana lieva there's this woman at my skating rink she like 20 and she really good she's older than you so you should never give up even my dad started at an old age... You just have to try even if you seem to old your not! +loana lieva
I do rhythmic with a holahoop and it is VERY hard your lucky I had to get a bone in my back replaced and I still had to do it.
There's nothing wrong wit being older when you start gym... I have a. Friend who started at my gym at 18 yes old, it was her first time ever and now she's winning nationals and going overseas to compete its been just over a year since she started!
Totally amazing how on earth you do what you do daily and work hard. out standing
I'm not entirely approving the way these young girls are straining their bodies, but there definitely is something powerful and motivating about this video, especially because of the way it was set up with the music. :)
It hurts watching the girls bend like that. My back literally got shivers
This awesome girls: can do everything
Me while dancing by years: can't even do a split.
Hello! My names Nika ang i love Russya and Ukraine!I LOVE RG!!!
Even to an artistic gymnast this is amazing! I can get flat in splits on a knee high box, but I'm still nowhere NEAR as flexible as these guys! Wow. Just... wow.

this sport is so underrated and beautiful. I used to underestimate how skilled a person has to be to perform
they would make great ballerinas
+Joy Handy I think the majority of them do have a ballet background, though I'm not sure.
They teach them a lot of skills that are like ballet 😄 hope this helped. Also some people may have a ballerina back grounds, but most are taught from rhythmic gymnastics
+Joy Handy
I did Ballet and gymnastics before i started rythmic gymnastics. My experience really helped me to learn it faster.
i agree
Yes I agree with you
I can't even touch my toes😂
true...me too 😅
Jimin's Jams. ARMYs are everywhere😂
..and here I'm sitting and can't even reach my feet when I try to. XD
I know nothing about rythmic gymnastics. I dance ballet (and not that well in my opinion), and I never considered rhytmic gymnastics as my hobby.
I love dancing .After I watched this video it actually pushed me to train even harder!!!
this is my motivation video
WOW it a beautiful ❤❤❤
Today I have rg training!!!! (rhythmic gymnastics training)
Some moments and views are REALLY UNBELIEVABLE, myself Speechless
I am pretty worried about how their body will work 40 or 59 years later
* 50 well doesn't matter
There body's will be fine
+beemobile98 my stepsister used to do Rhythmic Gymnastics, and now her knees are complete crap. (She's twenty, started it as sixteen)
Pftt u should se what happens to ppls feet when they do point
It takes its toll. I know from personal experience.
It seems like for those girls nothing can be good enough
Omg how can they do such beautiful spits
Splits*
Really cool! This is the best thing I've ever seen in my life! Thank you so much for making this video!
It's amazing how God gave different skills to people. So beautiful, congrats, girls.
I did rythimc gymnastics for 6-7 years but i couldnt go anymore and now i lost my flexibility. Do you think i can get it back?
I think you could! I used to do artistic gymnastics until I had a concussion and had to stop. :( But I continued to work on my flexibility for 30 minutes every day, and now I am more flexible than I was when I was in gymnastics! One key component to getting back your flexibility is to be consistent. I know you can do it!
Alexandra Crista yes you can
I was a gymnast
And I quit
And now in practicing my flexibility!!!
Same! I quit two years ago but my flexibility is actually better now because I have more time to stretch =)
Haha! My cookie. Good luck with that !!!
when aliens come this is a place they should visit
There are no aliens. They are demons in disguise. They will pretend that Jesus' rapture is an abduction, but it will be real. Jesus is coming back. Seek his face, you still have time.
@@annapaula3352 you sound like an alien sweetie
my motivation video
