It worked well. A few important points:
1) Always wear protective gloves while doing this. Because this ink can be hard to remove from hands and pretty harmful if it gets mixed with your food.
2) 3ml is enough for HP 2130 (cartridge:123). Some videos are showing more than that. My ink started over-flowing.
3) After refilling, the HP Smart application keeps showing low cartridge alert. But the color prints are coming out OK. So no worries.

Did you use a pigment ink or dye ink? I previously used dye ink to refill my HP 678, it's working well but the ink smudges if I highlight the words I printed out on a plain bond paper. I wanted to improve it by trying pigment inks instead, I just want to know if it would be compatible.

No. Even if you wait 1 week the cartridge will become dried and useless .you have to refill immediately on finishing the ink

Bhai 1 baat batao kya main desmat kaa ink use kar sakta hu 680 cartridge main.. agar haa maine kiya tha sala itna bakwas quality aaya first refilling main hi sab ink equally dala fir v magenta color zada aaya print test main maine har holes main 1.5ml jeisa ink dala tha // maine previous cartidge main thora ink bacha tha uske upara hi refilling kar diya kya uske wajah se aisa ho gaya kya desmat acha quality nahi hain or kya reason ho sakta hain plz batao ... agar problem ink ko le ke hain to plz suggest me for genuine ink for 680 cartridge plz replay

if you refill it before it becomes completely dry then I don't think you will face any problems. But if your cartridge is completely dry and u don't use suction then it might not print.
