You may have never heard of an energizer, which is a popular and useful train-the-trainer concept. Energizers are usually used after breaks to increase engagement within training.
To replicate this train-the-trainer technique, or create your own energizer, you should do two things to ensure that your energizer is a success:
    1) Keep the mind engaged
    2) Keep the body engaged
To add more value into an energizer, you can combine it with another train-the-trainer activity, known as a revisiter. Revisiters are train-the-trainer activities that prompt participants to review important content covered within your course. Combing these two train-the-trainer activities allows trainers to ensure their audiences are engaged, while they reinforce previous learning.
We are regularly adding train-the-trainer videos to our channel. To be alerted of the newest tips and train-the-trainer activities like energizers, please subscribe at / thebobpikegroup .
