You should do a dancing workout, like learning a choreography :)
this video very helpful. being in isolation with this pandemic havnt had much physical activity-this really helps and can feel the burn even for just seven minute workout. i will try to do this every day-used to dance many years ago and it is good excercise and more fun as a workout

Lady this looks wonderful. I'm a Traditional Women's Dancer in the Native American culture you definitely have more moves then me. Our dance is very tight net. And dance in a circle that's it. I had a dream once that I was up on stage doing a dance similar to this. :) Never was motivated to do so because life was so busy. Now that were in pandemic mode I'm just trying to get out of bed every day like the other poster. I need to exercise but getting out doors in this heat is Not for me this year. Not to say I'm living in a small space. And teachers in my area are hard to come by in your craft.

Used to dance in my teens then stopped. I am now in my mid-fifties and the hips are a little tired but still love the moves. Starting slow and thank you for keeping them short. Love your back tattoo.
