And I agree. Do it anyway if it s beneficial! But also motivation is an important factor for perfomance because when you re motivated you re fully on purpose. You re after the achievement you want because of x y or z or all of them. And more people need to learn how to turn on that burning desire by vizualizing themselves doing the right things hundreds thousands of times and becomming better and better for example gaining more muscle earning more and more money and vizualize the the results and how they feel how is it effecting their dating life their image what do they get back from life and basiclally what is getting them in real life situations they ve been in, which they ll be in and so on and so forth. And very improtant to feel rly connected with the goal with the lifestyle afterwards. Is very important to create that connection between you and your ideal self and life
I think that will keep you even more focused on the purpose and it s been very very great for me. It rly pushes you hard when you know what you re fighting for. What you re getting and truly believe that you ll get that! That s the spirit
Also use your anger of not being where you want as fuel to get where you want if that makes sense!
