im lucky i look lean without much effort. i sit at around 12% body fat and i eat garbage. last few weeks been a little more cautious and it made a big difference. working harder everyday

Bro I've never really worked out in the gym in my life, I been fat and skinny on and off my whole life, and I've been with a lot of good looking women, I personally believe if you have a good looking face and even a average type body, not fat or to thin, and good clothes can do a lot as well, plus alot about how you talk to women does alot, it's not always just about a lean rock hard body, but yes of course that would be a plus, get the face looking the best you can, dress to your body type and smell good and get out there and get them with a good attitude, and yes I'm nearly 37, not 25 anymore haha it gets harder but not impossible 😊
