    So darn tired of just seeing Cole by himself. Why can't you stay home with the kids and let Jay do some fishing. It's called Cole and Jay not Cole alone. I always loved watching my wife of 22yrs loading up and heading to the lake. I enjoyed my time alone with the kids. I guess times have changed.

    25 degrees and no gloves. Don't know how you do it.

  • @phillockwood8414
    @phillockwood8414 8 месяцев назад

    25 degrees is a hand freezing 🥶 cold temperature. I know that you guys are hardcore old, but you should wear gloves anyway. Why? Because my wife and I are both 73 years old and we both have experienced frostbite me in my feet; she in her hands.
    You both probably have had frostbite before but I don’t know… but anyway a real frostbite does nerve damage; then it gets annoying because it’s normal to have a constant reminder in your later years of hands and feet that you made a mistake and didn’t dress appropriately because your hands and or feet are impossible to keep warm in the winter.
    You’re blessed if it happened to you already.
    A good idea is wear chemical heat pads somewhere on your body to warm your blood in icy situations. They stay warm even when wet.

    • @COLE_and_JAY
      @COLE_and_JAY  8 месяцев назад

      We had our pockets full of hot hands. Also, these fish were coming out of a warm water discharge so handling the fish actually warmed them up a good bit. Just had to keep catching them to stay warm haha!! Thanks for watching!!
