Is there a formula or a standard for this? Say for example : 1- 1.5mm x 4 inch cutting disc is usable or can cut a 3m length x 12mm thick steel plate. Parang ganun po. Maraming Salamat.

If that is not in the original contract. Definitely the contractor will charge it as "changed order (C.O)" However, the amount of C.O. must be clearly presented as the cost of revised plan minus the cost of the original plan. I hope that is what you are asking. Thanks

kung transparent ang contract between two parties, both of you should have a copy of signed contracts for clarification purposes during project accomplishment reconciliation. It's a legal document you have the right to have a copy of those.
