Of all the Upanishads (sacred Sanskrit texts), the Mandukya Upanishad is the shortest - consisting of just 12 sentences! - however, it is considered the most direct and the most powerful. The commentary, or Karika, composed by Gaudapada Acharya 1,500 years ago, it is regarded as the highest text of nondual Vedanta. Its goal is nothing short of transcendence of sorrow and the attainment of unshakeable serenity by the direct intuition of your own nondual nature. From January 2020, Talk 6 of 6.
Swami Sarvapriyananda is the minister and spiritual leader of the Vedanta Society of New York. He joined the Ramakrishna Math and Mission in 1994, received sannyas ten years later, and served in the Hollywood Temple. He was the acharya of the monastic probationers’ training center at Belur Math, and also served as the vice principal of the Deoghar Vidyapith Higher Secondary School. He regularly gives retreats and spiritual talks throughout the United States.

I have “binge watched” the entire series of Mandukya Upanishad lectures by you Swami ji :) thoroughly listened to your spiritual discourse and the interesting stories and jokes that you have shared in between :) loved it immensely :)
Thanks to Swamiji for the discourses. I dowloaded the audios of the 6 parts to my phone and listened to them during my early morning walks over 6 days. Frankly time and space vanished along with the sensation of pain in the legs. If the very act of listening to the Vedanta discourses by Swamiji with all his funny/serious anecdotes relieves you from time and space and mundane suffering then imagine what it would be like to actually understand and realize Advaitanta and the Vedas!

Many Thanks to Swamiji for elaborately bringing out the finer nuances of a difficult subject like Upnishad and thereby making a difficult subject accessible to novices like me. I am enthralled by the brilliance of Shri Gaudpadaji and Shri Shankracharyaji as enumerated by Swamiji. I have few questions, which hopefully will be answered. First, today the science has created a living cell out of a cadaver of the cell. In light of that what possible changes can be made in the hypotheses presented in Upnishads and in Vedanta. Second, given that an enlightened being walks the earth, say, every 100, if not 2500 odd years, can the goal of Enlightenment be a valid goal for humanity at large? I am not denying the pain and suffering that are packed in everyone's life. But is the only possible way out of that is to find an extremely rare solution, especialy given that such solution is extremely rare? Finally, it is known that tool of language is used differently in different times. Narratives in ancient Rome (or ancient India) would reflect the living conditions of that era and would be widely different from the narrative either in, say Victorian age, or today. To what extent the symbolism could have affected the narrative in Mandukya (or any other) Upnishad? Thank you.

When moving particles lose their energy they are into more stable form space converted to air air converted to fire fire converted to liquid and liquid converted to solid our our chakra staging like that only after gaining energy you move from muladhar towards sahasra

na mumukṣurna vai mukta ityeṣā paramārthatā || 32 ||
32. There is no dissolution, no birth, none in bondage, none aspiring for wisdom, no seeker of liberation and none liberated. This is the absolute truth.
