Brilliant performance from an artist the world is still catching up to. So refreshing to hear the guitar played as an instrument of honest expression, not just as a vehicle for trotting out the usual litany of cliche licks - what a sound! - and great bass and drums. 10 out of 10.

I'm not saying you have to like the song the way he played it, Rowland and his guitar playing is not everyone's cup of tea; but obviously the song spoke to him and this is his take on it. Sheesh.
I really wanted to slate this cover as the song is one of my all time favourites (ergo nobody can do a truly great cover) but when you factor in his cancer and the twist on the optimistic lyrics through morose music it kinda makes sense.

What a shame as now all it takes is a 3 month course of tablets to get rid of Hep C
