I used 2 avocados instead of eggs I used almond flour instead of coconut flour I used Swerve powdered sugar I used 6 table spoons of Cacao powder *same butter measurements *almond flour I used the same measurements as the video. It came out delicious !!!! Thanks for the idea xoxos
I made these for my Niece's birthday and put 21 candles in them, I did change the recipe just a bit to make a more cheesecake taste....Not at all taking away from Yummy Inspirations... Instead of adding the clumped cream cheese, I added 8oz softened cream cheese, 3T sweetner, an egg, and 1T vanilla. I beat that all together until smooth, then followed the instructions adding 1/2 of the brownie mix, topped it with the cheesecake mixture then the other 1/2 of the brownie mix. I can not begin to tell you how yummy these are. Thank you so much for the recipe...we love it.
*These chocolate cheesecake keto brownies are the ultimate indulgence for chocolate lovers on a low-carb diet. I can't resist the combination of rich chocolate and creamy cheesecake in one delicious treat. Can't wait to try this recipe!*
Tried it today.. It was amazing... No one knew it had only 2g of carbs, I must say, the cream cheese was a win. Thanks for your effort, you just made my keto journey easier and happier. Love from Malaysia
These are amazing. So simple to make and yet they taste really good. I'm from the Philippines where its hot and humid so I added 2 more tbsp of coconut flour and used 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp erythritol instead of stevia. They came out moist and fudgy, not too sweet yet not too bitter too! Baked them on an 8x8 pan and got 25 perfect little squares! Thank you for your video tutorial. Wish I could send you pics of what I made; just really happy with the outcome.
Just made a batch, they were great -- what a strange feeling to taste brownies again after several months on keto! I'll definitively add walnuts to my next batch to make them even better. Cheers!
I made these today with 75% Ghana Whittaker’s. Used only 2tbsp Natvia Stevia. Also mixed the cream cheese with one egg & one more tbsp of stevia before adding it in. So good!! Tastes decadent yummo
okay Woman! These brownies real fit the bill! I used to be a baker before keto and have had a lot of trouble switching over to almond flour and coconut flour I've had to really get used to it. These brownies help. I haven't been baking much even keto because the texture is just not my preference. But you made these look so good! I had to try! And I'm so glad I did. I creamed my cream cheese and added some coffee vanilla sweetener and I added walnuts to the top of my brownies and yes you are right my eggs are small I had to add a third. But... Thank you so much for your idea for what you offer and for what you share! Love from Reno Nevada USA
Followed your recipe to the 'T', it worked out well! The brownies were a nice density. I used 100% dark chocolate purchased from Trader Joe's - which may have been a bit too dark. I added the two TBSP of sweetener per the recipe - however, next time I'll probably add another two TBSP (maybe 3) as the chocolate I used was extremely bitter. Also, instead of layering the cream-cheese, I made a tasty cream cheese frosting: using a softened brick of cream-cheese, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, an almost full dropper of liquid Stevia and a teaspoon of water to thin out the cream-cheese, make it a very spreadable frosting. The cream-cheese frosting definitely helped cut the dense, overly bitter chocolate flavor... I'll try Lilly's baking chips with Stevia next time, or try a dark chocolate that is 60%-70% dark and has a low-sugar/carb content. Overall, this is a great recipe! Thank you!
With peanut butter, it is not keto anymore but still, that makes me drool like a dog. However if you go for a good brand you will still be in a pretty darn good LCHF zone when it comes to the carbs ammount
Your brownie recipe is da BOMB!! I baked them for my dads birthday he’s started his keto diet a few days prior and I knew he didn’t want to be tempted with a cake... but he wound up eating almost the whole pan LOL!! They were delicious and we topped them off with a scoop of Halo vanilla bean ice cream (whole pint is only 240 calories). I was able to get 12 squares out of my batch; 173 calories each serving 15g of fat, 7 net carbs and 3g of protein. Definitely a friendly treat if u can resist eating the whole lot!! Great simple recipe! Made my dads day extra special!!
Did mine without the cream cheese, just swirled in two TB if peanut butter on top instead....and used 2tb of pyure + 4TB of confectioners swerve as my sweetener. They came out great. Love that I can use coconut flour, as almond flour is so much more costly. Thanks!
THIS saved my life at the beginning of keto me and my brother had suchs a hard strugle because we love schokolate and this video helped us soooo muchhh!!!
I think I could cook mine a little longer as they were a tiny bit soggy underneath but honestly, this was so good! When I put the recipe into my keto app, it says it's 5g Net Carbs per serving. I cut it into 8 pieces. I used 1/4 cup of Swerve for the sweetener with 80% dark chocolate and it was so rich. I'm definitely going to be making this often as it's exactly what I need when I want something sweet! I even thought about putting berries into it for added sweetness!
Made these yesterday and they were AMAZING!! I used some birch xylitol mixed with stevia ... This is going to be a recipe I will make over and over again!! Thanks so much 💗
They turned out very good! Loved them. I’m just curious if we can use a little baking powder to make them rise more. I do not have much experience baking with coconut flour so I’m not sure if baking powder should be used when baking with coconut flour. Thanks for the recipe!
Just made it. Tastes good. Next time i'll flavour the cream chesse before adding it. Nothing to do with the browine recipie itself i just dont like sharp tastes. Probably should have thought of that before. Thanks for the recipie.
This looks delicious. I would melt the cream cheese fold in whipped cream a little lemon juice and add a bit more sweetner and viola cheese cake brownies.
used bakers chocolate, and tasted it while it was in the over, so far its pretty chocolatey, not toooo bad. update: not a fan, i think ive given up on keto pastries as i never like any of them.
Sophia Prisyazhnyuk Invest in some Erythritol! I have never used Stevia for any of the baking recipes, Stevia is bitter and not sweet. Erythritol/Swerve is quite sweet, just don’t eat it all the time to avoid any digestive issues
I will have to try this recipe, but I will make the cheesecake layer as actual cheesecake by adding an egg, some sweetener, and splash of vanilla. Yum.
this is exactly wat I dreamed they'd be if I used flours. My viewers voted on a poll for me to try and make them without almond/coconut flour though so mine turned out a bit more fudgey
Just popped my first ever batch in the oven. Followed the recipe but changed out the regular erythritol with the brown sugar version. Hope I havent messed it up (sending up a prayer to the brownie gods) 15 mins to go.
Wow! I just made this!! I used my own homemade sugar free chocolate and OMG!! The cream cheese takes these brownies to the next level! The one question that I had was what size pan did you use? I used the smallest rectangle container that I have that is oven safe. I haven’t measured it but I would guess that it is 7” x 5” and about 3 inches deep.
Wow... yesterday I was trying to find some RUclips videos of keto brownie cheesecake fusion but had no luck... and now you post this.... thanks! Will definitely use this! Curious about the macros per serving!
Happy to help! Really depends on the chocolate you use and how much cream cheese, probably best to work it out based on your own products as my brands are likely to be different to yours. Enjoy!
Mmm I used to do something similar when I was younger, I would melt some semi sweet chocolate chips then drop in some cream cheese and enjoy mmmm so good
You could certainly try. However, I think that due to the texture of the cream cheese you need the egg and vanilla even if you don’t add the sugar or sweetener.
I added pecans, but walnuts would be great also! I also sprinkled a few Lilly's stevia-sweetened chocolate chips over them just as I took them out of the oven... Yum!
Made these and they were ok, not great. A bit dry, needed to eat as a dessert with cream as not very moist or chewy at all. Need to add at least double the sweetener as quite bland. I added sweetener to cream cheese which helped, but overall an ok substitute for chocolate craving.
Hi! Thank you for this recipe! I'm not able to kind low-card dark chocolate where I live. Can you let me know how this can be substituted with cocoa powder?
Thank you for the work you did! These recipes help keep my household on our modified Keto diet. Loved these brownies since I was a teen...and you've made them "Keto" ? ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Thanks for the great recipe ! Loved the texture on keto so I did the 90% dark chocolate unsweetened ... be warned they come out really tart ... but wouldn’t 80% and sweetened ... pull u out of ketosis ? Wondering how ppl did on that as I totally wanna try this recipe with lower % of chocolate thanks 👍🏼
I used 2 avocados instead of eggs
I used almond flour instead of coconut flour
I used Swerve powdered sugar
I used 6 table spoons of Cacao powder
*same butter measurements
*almond flour I used the same measurements as the video.
It came out delicious !!!!
Thanks for the idea xoxos
did you also use the same amount of Swerve?
Almond flour is cancerous

Me too. But that’s what Google is for!
I made these today. Thank you, Beautiful One! I finally was able to use coconut flour successfully and I love Nigella!!!!
Finally! I recipe to use up all the coconut flour I bought over the years!

Anabellw0w Nice big slice s! 😉 thanks
What is the app called? Sounds interesting.

these are AMAZING! I've made them twice.
Margaret N have you tried with almond flour?
Does it taste like dark chocolate?
Margaret N how to store the rest ?
What kind or brand of cream cheese darling???

Looks wonderful! I want to try. I’m also thinking I might whip up the cream cheese with just a bit on sweetener and vanilla and then plop it on.
They turned out very good! Loved them. I’m just curious if we can use a little baking powder to make them rise more. I do not have much experience baking with coconut flour so I’m not sure if baking powder should be used when baking with coconut flour. Thanks for the recipe!
ooo this reminds me of a tiktok that puts butter on top of cake mix but looks so goodd
Please do post more nigella lawson receipes as keto.i love nigella too
Hi, these brownies look amazing! Haven’t made them yet. Can you add almond flour in place of coconut flour?
Great receipe. Do I just double quantities for more brownies?
Made this yesterday and it was so good. Thanks so much.

thanks can't wait to try it! Going to attempt this with no eggs and use garbanzo juice mixture for the egg lets see how it goes!

I used the same today. It was wayyy to bitter for me unfortunately. Even after adding stevia.
Chelsea Iwunze Stevia is very bitter, what you want to use is Erythritol instead
