I can't say I'm a huge Post Malone fan in regards to following his releases, but every time I see something with him online, always impressed. And in interviews and fan footage, he's always genuine (so far as I can tell). Gonna check out some of his stuff.
Beerbongs & Bentleys has some bangers, as well as Hollywood's Bleeding. He is much more than just the hits they play on the radio. The song "feeling Whitney" from his first album is an acoustic country/indie song and he kills it on that track too.
The harmonies sounded really beautiful together, bringing the soulful element of AIC out in all it's glory. I love a good cover when it's done well, and this is one such example. The only negative I would add is the severe tuning added to Malone's mic. It's just not needed. We need the raw mistakes to make us all feel a little more human. That's what music offers us in my opinion. The chance to be human. No need to take it away.

Post was definitely thinking of the proper version on the extended "AAHH" the chorus extended that segment for some reason longer than it ought to be.
