    I wish I had shown how to install the clips because my dumbass rushed and installed them upside down, breaking the clips and where they attach to the rain guard🙃

      Gotta be at least 250 points. About to install on my '19 STi. Sizeable chunk from the 9000+ required

    I have the same exact car in black. Has to be the absolute worst rain leaker I've ever owned lol. Even washing your windows while rolling at highways speeds... You're gonna get water Directly in the window switch on driver side lol. And the road drone on mine is horrible as well... Subaru life ahahha

    No heat gun? I watched other videos with installers saying it’s important to have heat gun to stabilize the stickiness.

      It’s going to make it more difficult to align if you take the white strip off the 3m tape and heat it up before installing. You’d basically get one shot at it. I can tell you that we’ve had no issues since the install and this car is not driven slowly!

      @@DriveItRyan So I don’t need a heat gun, just to clarify?

    • @ArnoldC
      @ArnoldC 3 года назад

      @@DriveItRyan Cuz I’ve seen folks install it, put pressure, then apply the heat on the installed sticker & apply more pressure.

      @@ArnoldC nope you don’t need one! I would use one if you are forced to install it in freezing temps, but otherwise you should be good without one 👍

      @@DriveItRyan I guess I need one because it’s 30 degrees here. :(
