- Stock options, or forex? That question may be posed in your mind as you get started in trading or look to new markets for increased alpha. In this video, I hope to help inform you of the two markets, their similarities, their differences, and which would be best for you.

Who Am I?
Logan's wealth of experience stems in the prop firm industry. Investing in the stock market is the best option to make a passive income. Virtually all the markets are crazy, most people pay more attention to the shiniest position on the graph, I’m keeping a diversified portfolio.

So apparently your paid per pip on forex so if I put $1000 on how much would I get back if trading forex an being paid by the pip? Any help would be great cause I’m trying to work out what is better

Forex is complicated, you have leverage, lot size, that tells you how much you can buy/sell depending on your balance. Just keep watching forex videos to learn more.
Basically you take a trade already knowing how much you will make, you do a Risk to reward for example a 1:2 if it goes down you will lose 10 and if it goes up and hits your tp, you will make 20, of you go back to the place you entered you break even.
Every broker has different leverage.
So for example, one broker might offer a 1:20 leverage (i.e you’re required to only put 1 dollar margin for the broker to lend you 20 dollars)…some other broker might offer 1:500 leverage (i.e you’re only required to put 1 dollar margin for the broker to lend you 500 dollars).
So with $1000 in your question, a broker that offers 1:20 leverage, you could trade $20,000, your $1000 being the required margin.
With a broker that offers 1:500, you could trade $500,000 your $1000 being the required margin.

@@CB-ht9ow millions billions…there's no difference, they're just numbers, if you ever manage to turn $1,000 into 1 million, then you just need to do another 1000x and you'll have a billion, the only obstacle is yourself.
