    This worked great thanks. In my case the P&L had another tier of categories (eg. revenue > contract revenue > school contracts) and a lot of lines in the 3rd tier (250) so I did greater than/less than the row id number rather than naming the row numbers individually.

    Hi Amit, Thanks for the tutorial. I am wondering I have received this error message when trying to sort the "Account" by "Order_id" : We can't sort the account column by order_id. there cant be more than one value in order_id for the same value in account. Please choose a different column for sorting or update the data in order_id. Appreciate if you can provide some guidance. Thanks!

      For that, what I have done, I first created a file where there was one to one mapping of account,
      without blank accounts, and later added those in next refresh.
