Ingredients for Bigan Choka
4 Baigan
3 tomatoes
2 green onions
1 white onion
3 mari wirrie peppers
6/8 cloves of garlic
2-3 tbsp oil
1 1.2 tsp salt or salt to taste

This is my favorite dish and more so because you cook it outside
I know, cooking outside in the open fire add more flavour to it 👍

Good afternoon guys, your choka and corn are beautiful looking. The roasted corn and roasted plantains are something we used to also do at night in Wakenaam when all of the kids used to be playing..That's truly a countryside snack. I like your Tadka ( hindi for tempering) the Choka with the spices.
