Your dad responded to a question I had right after my husband died, 2 years ago.
I’m so glad he’s doing well, I’m on my way to doing well. More good days than bad at this point. I met a nice man about 6 months ago. He’s so great and so understanding of my weird life.
Your dad really gave me a spot to ground myself when things got overwhelming. I’ve saved it and go back to watch it anytime I’m unsure that I will make it.
Thank you and thank your dad. Give him a hug from one widow to another for me. I’m gonna make it and your dad is in part responsible for it.

I agree on the EDC perspective. I have used my med kit multiple times. Last one was a guy who sliced open his shin, left a 2” flap of skin and exposed the bone. I applied an Israeli bandage and took him to the ER. The nurse at the ER asked who treated the guy because she had never seen an Israeli bandage before. It worked great and stopped the bleeding really quickly. I have never used my gun in 30 years of carrying it.

Man that opening bit hits hard. I did not hit the lottery with my parents or step parent they peaced out without telling me and up and left before I got home. So I didn’t hit the lottery with them but I did with my grandparents (my moms parents) they have stuck by my side and supported me through everything and pushed me to do my best such playing sports and they even let me vent to them when I needed to. Especially my grandmother, she’s been 4 times the mother, that my actual mother could ever dream to have been. I always thank her and my grandfather for saving my life.

Being a great leader means different things to different people, but I think what sets these two apart from others is they make people want to listen. I can't say I've ever said this "Out loud".... my grandmother passed a year ago, she was 90, beat smokers' cancer twice!! NEVER smoked ANYTHING her entire life!! Beat Cemo and radiation, I took her every day for radiation to and from the hospital. There's nothing worse than watching that happen.... I was still an addict at the time and didn't spend enough time with her or my other grandmother. I never cried either.... fought it until the day I cut my 3-foot hair to wrap her ashes in, old Cherakee tradition, Indian tradition technically Lol she wanted me to cut it and felt compelled to do so, took my blade out and cut it right there in the cemetery.... there's always a piece of me with a piece of her.

I always say everyday IS a gift, that’s why it’s called the “present” 🎁🎯🎁 I will continue to do my best to help the masses always. I taught Docs & nurses over 15 years & I’ve been speaking up throughout the whims pandemic - all public fb posts - I’ve Never Stopped - I figure that’s part of Why God has me here, I’m a Truth Teller - Always Have Been & Always Will Be!
I stand for what’s right, even if it means I stand alone - I fear No Man - all I fear is God & I KNOW It’s Real! I’ve also had my last rights read to me after 10 surgeries due to a botched c section - figure God kept me here for a reason/ but… I technically “died” during the complicated surgery & I saw the light - IT’S REAL! 💯💯💯
Just KNOW that ur Mom & All of our Angels ARE Watching over All of us Always & One day we WILL b United again in God’s Kingdom. PROMISE✔️
Idk why I felt so compelled to write all of this - but something made me feel like it was necessary - I hope & pray this message gets to u & whoever needs to read / receive it.
Swear on my kids that I KNOW that we Are Meant to live in their honor - so help me God. 🙏💯🙏 Just Keep doing the right thing & the right thing WILL happen. We r here for a reason - I have & will continue to help as many people as I am able to / especially Moms - we need all hands on deck & Women & children r u def attack imo - women w/ the trans ish & kids w/ the gender ish - None of it is OK - it’s wrong!!
We MUST hold the line in this spiritual battle of good Vs evil. 😇👺 it’s not about Rt Vs left - it IS about Rt Vs wrong - We MUST get that as a Nation & as a world 🇺🇸🌏 This IS Global - 🇺🇸🎯🌏
Pls continue to help as many people b prepared as u r able to & if we all do our part / we will persevere through this tyrannical time in history. 🙌God never said no weapon would b formed against us, he just said they wouldn’t prosper ✔️TY for ALL y’all do 🙏God Bless U & Yours -God Bless the USA & Godspeed 🇺🇸🙏🌏❤️🤍💙🌏🙏🇺🇸

I can understand a little. I was in the police academy, about 3 weeks before graduation when my dad had a heart attack. I called 911 and ems took him to the hospital. He stayed there for a week and was released after finding that his heart was healthy. About a week later at my dad's house, he's calling or me while he's using the bathroom. I run. He tells me to call 911 because h's having a heart attack as he's leaning over the sink in pain. I grab my phone and stand in the hallway watching him while Im on the phone with ems. That was the last time I seen my dad alive. Last time I talked to him. They took him to the ER and a new ER physician was now on shift. He said that my father's pancreas was massively infected (for months now) and it slowly spread towards his kidneys, livers, etc. shutting everything down. Other docs thought it was his heart, but the heart palpitations/heart attack was because of the spreading infection/organs shutting down. I didn't even really process his death. A coupl of guys from my recruit class came up to the hospital, my instructor, and a bunch of higher rank. I remember being emotionless. They told me it was okay to take the week off. At the time, there was no way I was gonna stay home hearing my mother, sister, and family flying in, all mourn over dads death That would be the hardest thing. Instead, I shoved those emotions down and showed up to class the next day. After my mates/rank offered their condolences again, I asked them to not talk about it ever again. Unfortunately I never really processed his death. The emotions would sneak in during important moments in my life (academy graduation, getting married, and the birth of my 2 kids).
