This was from 1987 prior to the Cold War ending, when very few Western and especially American musicians played in the former Soviet Union, and Billy funded the tour himself at a cost of $3 million and so was excited and eager to play there. A little knowledge goes a long way, as they say !!!!

Yep, was remastered for 2014 but was mixed with all shows. (Most of the songs in the 2014 release are from Leningrad)
There is so much in this video the was not in the 2014 release. From jumping on the flipped piano to the pouring of the Bouquets.
