I'm years late on this, but you got the date wrong. This was December 22nd. Billy mentions this being the last night of the tour at 16:12. Not to mention that they play "Happy Birthday" for Doug Stegmeyer at 1:16:59. His birthday was on Dec 23.

My wife was one of the girls that ran out on stage and gave Billy a kiss - you can see her at 1:48:21 (the second girl, with the hat, she didn't know the first girl) (this was years before we met, apparently she was in the first row and told the security guard that if he looked the other way so that she could get on stage, she'd give him her number...they went out twice)
