I applaud these students! We have the RIGHT to protest.

It seems that man’s inhumanity to man knows no bounds! World leaders are powerless to stop this and all the other problems threatening mankind. They just keep making things worse so that the majority of people have no hope for a better future. However, our Creator is very shortly going to change this situation. By means of his righteous and just Kingdom government he’s going to completely remove all human governments along with everyone who causes pain and suffering for others. (Luke 4:43; Matthew 6:10; Daniel 2:44; Proverbs 2:21, 22) The Bible describes how wonderful life will be for everyone. (Isaiah 65:21, 22; Micah 4:3, 4) Psalm 37:10, 11 says: “Just a little while longer and the wicked will be no more. You will look at where they were, and they will not be there. But the meek will possess the earth, and they will find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace”. The future will be more wonderful than we can possibly imagine!

Agree. And the question is why? It’s the same question on why things like housing costs, student tuition and healthcare gar out pace the cost of inflation by hundreds of percent over the last few decades and why is it getting worse.
Actually its more like so much debt with a shrinking currency supply.
True, there's lots of money in the U.S. but it's mostly owned by 1% of population. Most Americans, though, a $500 emergency can put people into crippling debt that they can't get out of. Plus, the housing market is outrageous and people simply can't afford rents in cities like L.A. and New York, even working two jobs or more. That's how I understand it anyway.
Add to the question the fact that the US spends almost 1 Trillon dollars per year on cumulative defense/military programs and operations, and it becomes especially obscene...

Democracy Now - Given what's happening in your campuses across your country, one might well conclude that democracy is needed now.
Our democracy is an oligarchy/plutocracy... always was really. Far as I'm concerned our representative democracy is no longer. Seeing as our representatives don't represent civilians' interests anymore, I feel we're back to the days of taxation w/o representation. They tax us -elites and corporations get that tax money as 'subsidies' and avoid paying taxes as much as they can.
Just about everything everyday citizens can unite on and agree upon -gets snuffed out in favor of corporate profits and more and more tax cuts for the uber wealthy. Our leaders are paid off.

I live in a place where many US retirees live to enjoy peaceful and carefree lifestyle. They still worry about the possibility of paying tax to the US, though they are much better off making more values by living in the country where the cost of living is a lot cheaper and comfort is easily accessible. They also assume everyone is thinking like them, while they are so obsessed with their personal problems and healing. Very strange kettle of fish. They think American English and sentiment is understood everywhere on earth. All I can do is not mix with them.

It means no more crime, no more violence, no more families torn apart, no more homeless people, no more people starving or freezing, and no more despair and frustration. Only our Creator has both the desire and the power to solve all our problems and he’s going to do exactly that very shortly. His righteous and just Kingdom government in heaven is currently poised to take over the rulership of the whole earth.
